ห้องขว้างมากและทั้งยังสะอาดบรรยากาศเงียบสงบไม่วุ่นวายชอบมากครับราคาก็ไม่แพง

Pasamos dos noches en un hotel muy lindo en relación precio calidad. Limpieza y atención más que bien. Esta a unas 10 minutos caminando de Kata y Karon Beach. Zona gastronómica en alrededores y bares cercas. El servicio del hotel muy amables y atentos. Probablemente volveremos a ir. Las únicas fotos que tengo es de la vista del balcón y de la playa. No es mucha ayuda pero espero que les sirva.

Быстрое подтверждение бронирования , быстрое оформление и заселение . Вежливые персонал и его постоянное пребывание на стойке ресепшен. Разъяснение интересующих вопросов досконально ( языковой барьер преодолели по инициативе персонала через Гугл переводчик ) . Отель милый ,чистый , уютный , просторный номер с балконом. Вода питьевая как холодная ,так и горячая всегда в доступе без ограничений и велкам в виде 2 бутылочек питьевой воды в холодильнике - очень приятно . В качестве пожелания , просьба отгородить шторой или перегородкой душ и санузел.

Отель хороший,чисто,персонал приветливый. До моря 20 мин. Есть небольшой минус,так как находится на главной дороге,шумно ночью.

Very nice , modern hotel with excellent staff. Daily room service. Comfortable and excellent value.

A nice hotel located in a good position to shops and restaurants. All within 5 to 10 mins walk. A good cheap Thai cafe/ restaurant right behind the hotel. 1 min walk for cheap eats. The beach is about 15 mins walk away through many shops and restaurants and food markets. Although it’s always nice to stay right on the beach we didn’t find the distance too much of a bother for the price we paid. Beach front hotels are much much more expensive. The staff are very friendly and sweet but we did have to go and stay in another hotel upon arrival for two nights down the road due to over booking. However the staff had organised everything including a taxi and we didn’t mind it as we saw another beach area in that hotel. AC in our rooms worked well. Only thing I would say is that only one member of staff spoke average English and before leaving we emailed the hotel and never got an answer. All in all a nice friendly hotel and we would stay there again. One thing you should know about Kata beach. There is a wall built all along the beach with two entrances at either end. So, even though the beach is right behind the hotel , one has to walk to either beach entrances to access the beach. Hence the 15 min walk. Unless you are staying right at the beach in more expensive hotels you cannot escape the walk.

After several years of visiting the hotel with satisfaction, the manager has changed. At check in there was no availability of the booked room demonstrating disorganization and improvisation. On the day of check out we were charged one night less than we paid for. We were therefore forced to leave the room earlier than planned because it was not possible to talk politely and calmly with the person in charge who refused any conversation.
