It was our first trip to Phuket, and the Waterfront Suites by Centara was the perfect choice. The service, rooms and hospitality are higher than many other hotels I have stayed at in Thailand. I recommend this hotel to everyone, either single, couples or family. The location is fantastic. 2 mins walk to the beach, and there are excellent restaurants, bars, live music venues, tourism agents, shops, minimarts etc., within 100-300 m. Many thanks to the wonderful staff – Ms Ploy, Mr Duke, Mr Kanun and Mr James- for the kind hospitality and making our trip memorable.

套房很大，收拾的也很乾凈，設施有些老舊，淋浴水温有時忽冷忽熱，離海灘走路三分鐘，服務人員很熱情，如果安排住高一點的樓層話還會來

В этом отеле невозможно спать из-за ОЧЕНЬ ГРОМКОЙ музыки по ночам из кафе «Гараж» и других кафе, расположенных рядом с отелем.
Мы были очень измучены проживанием в этом отеле. И никто из администрации отеля не решает эту проблему.
По этой причине мы хотели продолжить отпуск в другом отеле, но администрация Waterfront Suites Phuket by Centara отказалась отменить нашу бронь и вернуть нам наши деньги. Отдых испорчен.
Это ужасное место! Остерегайтесь его!
It is impossible to sleep here because of the VERY LOUD music at night from "The Garage" cafe.
We are very exhausted from staying at this hotel.
Nobody is solving this problem.
For this reason we want to continue our vacation at another hotel, but the administration of Waterfront Suites Phuket by Centara Hotel refuses to cancel our reservation and return our money to us.
This is a terrible place! Beware of it!

Апартаменты хорошие, останавливаемся второй раз. Местоположение хорошее. Убирают посредственно. Немного шумный кондиционер. Остальное всё хорошо

Прекрасное местоположение, все рядом, хороший бассейн, всегда можно найти тень, обычно не плаваем в бассейне, но в море было нашествие медуз, и к 12 приходили к бассейну. Номера убирали в режиме лайт, могли забыть дать 3 полотенце, но все исправляли. Номер просторный, обстановка подуставшая, кондеи, холодильник работали исправно, чайник, кухонная утварь в наличии, плитой не пользовались. Можно оставить вещи на хранение при раннем заезде/позднем выезде. Вечером слышна музыка из бара Гараж, но засыпать не мешала. Готовы вернуться в этот отель еще раз.

首先酒店大堂的階梯我不理解，提個大行李箱非常費勁，手都要斷。然後酒店房門鎖非常難開，需要插很多次，才能打開。房間內部也非常舊，廚房水槽非常臭，下水道返味上來了。房間廁所馬桶超級矮，跟小童馬桶差不多，還一直流水晚上會吵。然後房間外面向著街道，晚上酒吧歌手一直唱歌，放音樂，吵到凌晨兩點多。因為房間下水道很臭，第二天我們要求換房，（我們定的兩天）明明攜程上顯示有房，工作人員卻不給我們換，説沒房了，一千多定的卻是這種待遇和環境，真的超級失望
