A lots of mosquitoes in the room, belonging to the previous guest still in a drawer. The rest is ok.

オールドタウンに歩いて行ける場所にあり、バスターミナルからも近かったので、良かったです。 レストランは高めな設定なので、近くに地元の小さいデパートのフードコートがあって、助かりました。

Нормальный маленький номерок, есть все необходимое. Балкон только был с видом на стену, а в остальном все ок

很乾凈，靠近old town ，唯一的缺點就是空調聲音太大了，一夜沒睡着

I booked 3 rooms the same but …one didn’t have a window. The aircon in one was not great. On 3 or 4 occasions our swipe in card’s didn’t work which was ok during the day when there was someone at the desk…. but our son was locked out as his card didn’t work late one night … he waited for another guest to come back to get into the foyer… but couldn’t get into his room so had to sleep on a little couch in the foyer … they offered nothing except a smile and sorry…. disappointing

The room stunk like mold and had no windows. They also didn’t clean the rooms unless you ask, and they didn’t communicate that! And two rings were STOLEN from our room by the cleaners and the hotel did nothing! The locker didn’t work. This is unacceptable. I don’t recommend saying here!!!

Booked for 6 nights with 2 rooms for 3 people. The aircon was broken in our first room, so we were sent to a different room. Hours later, when we had settled into the second room, we were suddenly told that we could not stay in that room for more than 2 days, then we had to switch again (we asked if we could just switch immidietly, so we could start unpacking, but that was not an option either, so we were forced to stay in 2 different rooms, even though we were only there for 8/9 nights). The second room was in very poor condition with huge holes in the bathroom wall and loose tiles laying around. Even though it ****** that we could not unpack for the first 2 nights, we thought it would be okay once we moved to the third room - we were wrong. Our third room was right next to the counter in the lobby and it had horrible sound isolation, meaning that every night, someone would ring the bell to the lobby or call the phone in the lobby and we would be woken up, as the staff took long to answer it (most nights we were woken up around midnight, but one night there was a phone call to the lobby as late as 2 am). Early the next morning the staff would arrive and they would talk very loudly to each other right outside the room, meaning we would also be woken up around 7-8 am every morning. We also contacted ********** immedietly the first night, so far we have been given no help.
