Nice location, opposite to the beach and 15mins walk to the night market. Kids love the swimming pool and stay at the pool bar for the whole afternoon. Overly booked the pool access room and not good for the check in services.

Beautiful hotel with very good location, everything is around. But it’s too busy and crowded so the service is not quite on time, like when call the lobby sometime no one pick up the phone.

Patong is a complete zoo but if you can overlook the crowds and the madness and want to stay there I think this is a great choice. It’s hard to believe a hotel that big and busy can still maintain such a high level of service and cleanliness but it seems they do. Loved the pools and the location is basically perfect right across the street from the beach and just far enough away from the busy streets to be slightly more quiet.

Such a great hotel!
This hotel is rated 4 stars but in many ways it should be a 5 star.
The rooms are great and cleaned well. The pools are amazing (there are a few to choose from).
Restaurants at hotel are great and staff very accomodating to allergies.
Highly recommend.

Great location, within walking distance to lots of food options, massage places, Bangla market.
Rating 4/5 for the amenities, mainly for the pool because it was smaller than expected, and once a small crowd forms it's not a comfortable experience. The sunset view from the pool at the bar was nice though.
Cleanliness 3/5 There were a number of tiny bugs on the headboard of our bed, but we managed to get rid of most of them on our own.

-3 stars on service as the breakfast buffet noodle guy was evidently unhappy with his day and wouldn’t properly explain to the western lady what the soups were, I was also confused with the answer he gave, plus he seemed really unhappy with his station, had a very sloppy tomyam noodle dish, and the server going around clearing plates was intentionally avoiding eye contact so she could avoid clearing my wife’s plate! Absolutely annoying. And, they missed the ‘n’ on my honeymoo, lol
Location was spot, but so with other cheaper hotels in thesame stretch.
Amenities were ok, absolutely crappy cocktails, better order beer or wine, or anything they don’t make by hand.
-1 star on cleanliness, my room had dust which remained in thesame spot for 5 days.

Stayed at the four points Sheraton for our honeymoon. It was greatly priced and for me after extensive research this was the best hotel in the area along the patong beach. The hotel was quick to change rooms for a beach facing room as our initial room has a rear facing view. The room was immaculate and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great although could possibly do with more lacto-veg, vegan options. All members of staff were kind and ready to help. The location is spot on as the beach is just on the opposite side of the road. This hotel was great for excursions as you can be picked up and dropped off from this hotel. I didn’t have any particular issue at this hotel. It was a great stay.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly and enjoyable stay.
