Their so called “shuttle bus service”, highlighted in their page, is no longer available, so they should edit their facility page, so you have to go by foot to Nai Harn or Rawai beaches, i had to go to counter again when I checked in on the first day after going to the beach, as the both room key was not working at all. Then they updated the key, annoying as i had to walk a long distance to the lobby, it was an unnecessary hassle. Rooftop swimming pool and 1st floor swimming pool were okay, too much dust in the room as i have to remove dusts quite frequently from my laptop.

Decent property with one side old and another side newer would recommend for short stay because of the location however, not all that cleanly and the service staff is abysmal

Was a great hotel stayed in a loft type room so had lots of room had a great swimming pool but was a bit far away from the beach and the centre

Good hotel, not too far from my favorite beach if Phuket. Love the rooftop pool. Staff at reception were very helpful, the only thing I didn’t like is that my room wasn’t cleaned properly before checking in, we had sand and hair on the floor. Besides that all good.

Если бы можно было бы поставить за чистоту 0, я бы оценила этот отель именно на такую оценку по качеству уборки. Читая перед поездкой отзывы и смотря картинки не могла понять, что людям не нравится?! Такой интересный интерьер… и отель то вроде бы новый. Но фото не передает насколько там грязно, так, что неприятно находится. Такое ощущение, что ты заселился в общежитие. За 9 дней пребывания у нас ни разу не убрались нормально! Только меняли полотенца, заправляли кровать (не меняя постельного), ставили воду и выбрасывали мусор. Пол липкий и грязный, противно ходить. Диван на кухне ушатан, давно требует замены. Не смотря на то, что в номере есть кухня, посуды очень мало. Слышимость ужасная. Отвратительный, неудобный душ, не имеющий никаких шторок и перегородок. Вода льет во все стороны (не смотря на мою аккуратность) пользоваться им было крайне неудобно. Была омерзительная вонь из под раковины на кухне!
Как уже писали ранее, отель как квест, найти свой корпус и вход в него по приезде - то еще испытание. Никаких указателей и вывесок нет - ищите сами. Бассейны на крышах вообще, такое ощущение, что не предназначены для отдыха. Ни шезлонгов, ни зонтиков нет, максимум на 2 человек. И то в таком состоянии, что противно на эти пуфики ложиться.
Что могу сказать по расположению отеля…. Если у вас есть транспорт то расположение неплохое. А если нет, то не стоит туда ехать.
P.S Очень жаль, что такой красивый, новый и современный отель довели до такого плачевного состояния.
