Great hotel, truly a member of the leading hotels of the world. The hotel itself was built a long time ago but it really well maintained and it feels authentic and modern inside the rooms.
We opted for a suite which has the extra long balcony, great for spending the day looking at the sea without living in your room.
We had a bottle of wine and fresh local fruit platter as part of our welcome amenities which was great.
One minor thing during our stay was that the internet speed was not that good when we tried it. I mentioned it to the staff at the end of our trip and they checked and replaced the access point which improved things, if you experience this inform the hotel staff and they can help.
Anther minor thing for me was the breakfast options, it is good but I personally would have preferred 1 or 2 more local Thai dishes instead of several western dish options and a few rotating indian/ Thai dishes on the side.
A full section with Thai food and a shared section with western + international would be the ideal mix in my opinion.

Stayed based on a friend's recommendation. Amazing hotel. It is far from the airport (90 mins no traffic) but a self organised grab will cost around 1,000 baht which isn't bad. Hotel organised car will be a bit more. The rooms are great but the real advantage of this hotel is the superb customer service. All the staff are lovely, and the general manager even came to our table in the morning to wish my partner a happy birthday and then arranged a cake for our room.
The breakfast is possibly the best I've had in a hotel. Not necessarily the largest but most foods are covered (Thai, Chinese, English breakfast, continental) with a superb egg station that even does Eggs Florentine. The hotel is very close to a great beach and there are some nice restaurants only 20 mins walk away. There is also a nice like (2.1km to go all the way around) within half a km of the hotel which was great for running etc. The gym is very small and fine for maintenance sessions but was a.bit disappointing compared to the rest of the hotel. The hotel has some nice bars too which were good for happy hour.
This is a great hotel and a nice place to stay in Phuket if you're not into the party atmosphere of other areas.

Rooms are great. Location wise, it is a bit far away from everything. But also makes it a very quiet spot.
Views are good. Just one thing I don't quite like - there is only one lift in the resort. So sometimes you will have to wait for a while.
Overall a good place to stay.

Amazing experience, room, and breakfast selection and quality. Breathtaking views. Love the hotel’s provision of life jacket, snorkel, beach mat, beach towels. The only downside was getting oil all over our swim suit and feet at the beaches due to Phuket’s oil spills, and I wish the hotel gave us prior warning.

We really have a good stay here..view from room was superb!! The staff was very helpful. Bear in mind you need to climb up stairs for room on level 6 and above, so not convenient for elders😅. Overall, really enjoyed staying in this hotel, recommended for couples😊

The Nai Harn is a great destination for a Phuket relax vacation. The structure is ok while the service + breakfast/restaurant is high level allowing you to have a peace during your vacation. The reception + concierge are extremely helpful and efficient.
We arrived with a baby (and pregnant wife) and reception happily helped us to change room to a more comfortable room.
For the beach you have to walk 200 Mt to get your sunbeds (which I don't mind, giving you a chance to do a minimum of activity).
On the beach you have a good selection of local restaurants.
We will come back!
