The Beach Heights Resort

Good location and close to the beach and night market. Staff very friendly and comfortable rooms.

Breakfast was ok. Not much selection and had mostly lunch food for breakfast like rice and chicken or noodles which I thought was a bit odd. Outside they have a burger spot that’s part of the hotel. I recommend trying one as they were pretty good burgers but maybe slightly expensive for Thailand. Housekeeping wasn’t very good as they would turn up around 3-4pm but by that time it was too late to clean the room as I would be getting ready to go out so that was a bit annoying. Overall was a decent place but could do with a little better overall service.

The main thing about this hotel is that the location is excellent. Close to the Kata Night Market and Walking street. The room was cleaned daily- coffee, tea, body wash and shampoo were provided. The only negative is that the breakfast served is almost the same every single day with not a big variety. Lastly, the pool and exterior could do with some upgrades.

I only give honest reviews that I find not anyone else firstly if you do a lot round hotel this place is not for you not enough sun lounges hotel full of Russians (I’ll not go into that )pool was dirty debris floating around in it and water was like a ice bath they filter water through a out of the arc machine our bottam sheet was only changed twice over two weeks and turned over twice top sheet with duvet not changed not good breakfast same everyday but you won’t go hungry got to mention hotel full and one toaster for everyone to get a slice of toast took 20 mins some mornings in end went elsewhere rooms were ok least air con worked we had a swim up room but the pool outside was that cold we dint use it we would not come here again you cannot check in early we waited three hours but cannot blame hotel for that check in time 2 pm but we did have a infant with us who had just done a 16 hour trip plus things a good Volkswagen camper bar just outside hotel and burger joint which was good toilet was constantly had running water not too long a walk to beach or Spider-Man night life if you are out of hotel most days probably suit you more if in hotel not suitable need to sort bedding issue and water out did not want to swim in it but that’s my view hotel is looking very tired no sun lounges only about 20 and towels on them from early was not worth it sun only in one place thanks a honest review

It was simply great. Nice and massive Swimming Pool. Nice and massive bedrooms too. Excellent food. Friendly staff too.
