酒店環境優美, 設施齊全完備, 有網球場、兩個游泳池、私人沙灘等等, 又有單車租用, 很好的娛樂設施；酒店房間乾淨舒適, 服務人員友善又樂於幫助, 早餐豐富, 食物美味, 值得入住.

Вьетнам, и вьетнамцы покорили моё сердце. NOVOTEL SUPER Персонал на уровне. Сервис отличный. Мы жили в бунгало, недалеко от бассейна все было отлично !!!

위치, 시설, 서비스 면에서 최고입니다..8일 머물다보니 조식이 조금 물리긴 했지만 직원들의 최선을 다하는 모습에 감동받았습니다..
비치프론트 방갈로 보다는 프리이빗 풀 방갈로가 개인적으로 더 좋았습니다..
비안오는 저녁에는 소나시 야시장에서 저녁을 해결할수 있었고 룸서비스도 저렴해서 만족합니다..특히 콜할때마다 와 준 버기카 운영 직원들에게 감사합니다..
다시 예약할 용의 있습니다!

조식도 맛있고, 수영장도 2개 모두 뷰가 너무 좋아요!! 위치도 공항에서 멀지 않아 택시 타도 부담이 없어욯ㅎㅎ 직원들도 친절해서 좋았어요~! 나무와 풀들이 많아 작은 도마뱀 친구들을 만날수도 있지만, 크게 혐오스럽지는 않았어요(양서류와 파충류 정말 싫어하는 편이라서요ㅠㅠ) 그래서 노보텔 강추합니다!!! 무엇보다 조식 맛있고, 침대 푹신하고, 바다가 바로 앞이라서 좋아요~~!

This was the most awesome stay in Novotel Phu Quoc.
The property itself is massive and very well maintained right from the checkin to checkout. 4d3n from 26-29/11 weren’t enough though. The breakfast buffet was a definite plus. The hotel staff were awesome. Good service and polite. Novotel provides Free shuttle to and from airport too. Not many hotels in PQ provided this service. Love the pools and beach. We will be back.

My stay at Novotel Phu quoc resort was very relaxing. The private beach with kayaking is a cool feature of the hotel.
The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the city center, but if you just plan on enjoying the resort then no problem.
Two large pools will make your lazy day more relaxing. If you are the active kind then the gym area has a Lawn tennis court, fully equipped gym and sauna.
The restaurant inside the hotel had a breakfast buffet with Vietnamese, continental and oriental cuisine. Food quality and quality both are good!
Overall a very pleasant stay
