I had the best stay at Premier Residence Phu Quoc Emerald Bay. The staff left a lasting impression with their super friendly and helpful demeanor, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. The food surpassed expectations, with incredible flavors and a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The room itself was a sight to behold, exuding beauty and elegance in every detail. But what truly made the experience exceptional was waking up to the breathtaking view of the sea in the morning, a truly unforgettable sight. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Premier Residence Phu Quoc Emerald Bay to anyone planning a trip to Phu Quoc in the near future.

The beach and the architecture is nice. However, I had the worst travelling experience because we had food poisoning the last day there. We only had food at the hotel, so it must be the reason for all the vomiting and diarrhea. Also, the menu is poor with a few dishes only. the staff was overall friendly, but the receptionist was quite slow in handling our requests.

How a wonderful trip in Phu Quoc! staffs for being so professional, friendly, helpful and all the supports and I am really impressed in your service. Rooms and amenities are good. breakfast buffet is amazing in choice. Beach so clean and water clear.

Restaurants around the hotel are rather expensive for Vietnam (like 200k VND for a bowl of fried rice)

Family-friendly pools with 5-star level breakfast. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. Great place for relaxation and quality time. It would be better if pools open at night too. They close at 7 pm so you can't swim at night. Also you should know you can't bring any food including alcohol from outside. And the view from the standard room might not be your ideal expectations. You can't see any beach and pools from the room. Noise from the beach bar next to the resort is also disturbing. Overall, I would recommend the resort if you're travelling with kids or you want to take a good relaxation in the hotel.

A beautiful and well maintained resort. Nice beach and the huge pool, clean and very well designed. I like the room and everything. The downside, nothing much to do or eat around the resort. Breakfast buffet is alright. Restaurant in the hotel is on the expensive side and limited choices. Travelled for 2 weeks in PQ. Requested for extra mineral water but told me they will charge 20k and laundry bag for 10k? Seriously? Sadly. Never happened to me before. Hope hotel could improve and look into this.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They were quick to respond to all our requests and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.
The food at the hotel was outstanding! Each dish was freshly prepared and delicious, with a great variety of local specialties and international cuisine
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Phu Quoc. It's conveniently situated close to the beaches and local attractions, yet far enough away from the crowds and noise. We enjoyed the beautiful sea view from the terrace of our suite.
