Esta é a nossa viagem de aniversário à Ilha Phu Quoc para ficar no Dusit princess moonrise Beach resort. Ficamos por 6 dias. Aguardamos com expectativa o rico pequeno-almoço do hotel todas as manhãs. Gerente do restaurante, Sr. Hieu, chef tailandês, Sr. Wit, muito gentil. Especial foi a garçonete Sra. Ha que observou que não podíamos comer carne e até disse ao chef para preparar sopa de macarrão de porco para nós. Isso me fez sentir muito alerta. Agradeço também à camareira, Sr. Vinh e Sra. Lam, por me fornecerem informações sobre a boa comida de Phu Quoc. Devido às minhas dores nas costas. O Sr. Vinh se ofereceu para fornecer mais dois travesseiros. Escolha este hotel resort, você nunca ficará desapontado, sua diversão vai além do preço.

Quarto é limpo e agradável. Boa localização. Fácil acesso à praia. Melhor vista para o pôr do sol. Boa música ao vivo. O restaurante tailandês é ok, muitos mosquitos, os funcionários do restaurante não eram muito agradáveis.

A perfect location that is near all the restaurants, bars, bus stops to Grand World, and supermarkets. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful that responded quickly to all the requests. The only downside is there was no Youtube or Netflix on the TV

Absolutely fantastic stay! Gorgeous hotel, very clean and lots of greenery. Right on the beach, which is maintained very well. Breakfast is potentially the best we've ever had, so much choice! Very helpful staff and a great clean pool. Activities like free yoga on certain days, airport shuttle for free and lots of restaurants and laundry places around. 10 min from the city centre by car. We loved it so much, we didn't want to leave and will tell everyone about it!

A true sample of excellent hospitality ! lost the keys to a motorbike I rented from the reception desk , expected them to ask for a penalty for the loss but no ! They were so sorry for my experience and had to deal with the issue by themselves . Free drop off to the airport ! BEST HOTEL IN PHU QUOC ISLAND

Well they certainly made us two feel like princesses at the Dusit Princess! A wow location. Sunset omg! Sometimes took awhile to bring the drinks out - and the mojito could have packed a bit more of a punch. But these are small gripes, and these two Dusit Princesses will definitely be back for more!!

This hotel is beautiful, right on the beach, great layout with lots of space around the pool. I never struggled to find a spot. Having a better understanding of the geography, it’s important to note that this hotel is a little out of the main town so it’s a little bit more secluded. Staff were very nice. My only issue was at breakfast, as no one comes to greet you or assist you in finding a table, it can be a bit chaotic.
