Wonderful experience - I spoiled myself with the strict belief that I should start the new year aa you end it - in style during my 1 week trip through Cambodia. The Raffles fulfilled all my expectations. Super comfortable king bed with excellent mattress, spacey room with elaborate furniture.
Small welcome dessert and for new year a platter with chocolates and macaroons. Service flawless, breakfast excellent and my first buffet in the last 2 years. Great help in regards of getting the necessary PCR test (even offer to use hotel telephone number and address).
I couldn’t ask for anything more - this is my 3rd Raffles experience and i am still excited staying there. Combination of traditional and classy with high comfort

在法式建築中下榻格外有調性，房間格局、色彩、裝飾為經典法式➕柬埔寨元素，地磚、壁櫃、幔帳、門有年代的精美和內斂。早餐種類不算特別多，質量還不錯。泳池在庭院中，開闊乾淨，在盛開雞蛋花的樹下暢遊愜意自在。房間有連通房，隔音是個小問題。酒店周邊有市場，樸實的金邊生活場景。

連續住了3-4天，雖然入住第二天，我在門口掛Make up 的牌子，在晚上9點多才來打掃房間，我理解酒店忙碌，且我依然寫了好評。
但是第三天時常規續住酒店工作人員突然敲門説我沒有付款，可是我付款訂單提交已經N小時了。工作人員拿我手機各種拍照…拍照事後並沒有向我做出任何解釋（最起碼打電話回覆我説攜程訂單延誤或者自己預訂部門的問題）…
第四天時換新房間，我常規使用洗手池洗臉，沒任何卸粧油，但是洗手池無故堵塞，無法使用…原本打算住一段時間，但是果斷退房…

瑰麗值得住，尤其是湄公河景色的房間，城市河流，金邊全景一覽無餘。38樓的牛排館很贊，和牛的巧克力味的確留下了印象，37樓的天空酒吧看晚霞是一種享受，服務很好。房間很大很愜意，高科技含量足足。早餐的品種不多，但很精緻。酒店免費提供的突突車服務最贊。
酒店的服務每一處都無可挑剔。
