Everything is perfect for us. Just only we never cant use wifi. This one is only problem for us. But you need to know this check this advature 😅😅😅😅

Too noisy, windows are not the best and you really get a lot of noise. I must say in the pictures the room looks better. The toilet is located in the shower, not very classy. Apart from that good location and really nice workers.

We had a terrible experience at the hotel from not having any clean running water (the water in the bathroom was literally brown) to having bedbugs and poor staff attitudes. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Trip.com have been very understanding in helping me resolve the issues.

This Resort become my standard, since I stay in this place, whenever I book hotel or Resort it must have good view just like this resort. Yes, it must go through some stairs but not that difficult for me

Overall good hotel location is perfect close to good bars. Basic but you get your moneys with. Amazing view! Would stay again 😊

I would say it is the best place to stay in Phi Phi Island. Every room has almost its own step on the hill, with amazing views over the island. The room is also very clean and spacious. It is close to the main viewpoint, so it makes it quiet and more convenient than staying in the town. 100% recommendable.

A little bit of a hike up the hill - I personally didn’t mind but I wouldn’t recommend for older people. The views are great and it’s less than 10mins to the beach from the hotel. Overall great value for the price.

Brown color water came out of the tap throughout the 3 mights/4 days of my stay. Hotel staff advised to leave the tap running for a while but it took more than 30 minutes before the water turned pale yellow. All the while the staff argued the water was clear !6. On the 3rd day, it was a horrific sight to see dark brown water came out of the tap with lots of gooey dark residues/sediments coating the wash basin. It was absolutely disgusting ! Hotel staff advised the problem was the source well.that supply the rooms. After switching to a different well source, the appearance of the water returned to what it was like in day 1& 2. I resorted to using bottle water to brush my teeth and wash my face. However,, there was no choice when it comes to taking showers but it leave my skin feeling sticky after each shower. The hotel is about 120 steps, depending on how high up is your room, up a fairly steep hill and when you get there sweating buckets in a 35 degree weather , you have to wait at least 30 minutes for the "under power" A/C unit to cool the room to a bearable condition.
