"We had a fantastic stay! The staff and manager Dat really made us feel welcome and taken care of. We opted for their car service from and back to Ho Chi Minh City and to get to a coffee shop in the area - the driver is great, focused and on time. The design of the place amazing, we especially appreciated that they used only natural materials, with practically no plastic anywhere in sight. The breakfast is very filling, and you can choose from a few options. We had scrambled eggs, pho, banana pancakes - all delicious. RedSands is not big, but there is really everything to enjoy a lazy weekend away: little pool, rooftop terrace, coconuts for sale, huge open air bathtub, and sea view!"

"CONSIDER CAREFULLY BEFORE CHOOSING HERE. 1. The room is in the form of a condotel, guests come to rent through the owner. This is not clearly shown on any booking site. Many guests come here and mistake it for a hotel. --＞ THERE IS NO 24/7 RECEPTION in the lobby, if you want support you have to text via zalo. 2. There is a small blood stain on the mattress in my room. 3. The campus is very large so you need a car to move around, however when contacting the hotline provided, the staff always say yes yes but the car is lucky to come. 4. The private beach is NOT TOO BEAUTIFUL. The private beach along Nguyen Dinh Chieu street in the center is much nicer (this is the beach on NDC, the one over there is too ugly to bother taking pictures)"

"Location: the resort is about 15 km / 20 mins from Mui Ne beach, which is perfect as it’s away from the crowd, you can enjoy the peace and quiet without over tourism, but still close enough to get to Mui Ne by scooter or taxi. Service: really friendly and helpful staff, on our arrival day we got delivered a homemade cake as gift together with a little cute letter about the story of the “Kitchen gods”. Food: brekky is buffet style and offers quite a bit variety including fresh noodle station, fresh fruits, Vietnamese and western food. The restaurant has the perfect sea view. We also had lunch and dinner there, the menu is not extensive but offers good variety, price is of course a bit higher than other local restaurants that we have been in Vietnam but still not too over priced and totally justified with the sea view and quality. Hotel facilities: they offer free bike rental, free kayak, motorbike rental right from the hotel with minimal cost. The gym is small but nice. There’s also tennis court, squash and 2 swimming pools (including one amazing infinity pool). Rooms: I booked a deluxe garden view room and it came with sea view which I was positively surprised. I booked my parents a deluxe sea view room which is huge. Both came with balcony which is nice to chill. The bathroom is a bit old and worn but clean, I like the interior as it gives the local cultural charm so I don’t mind that some place feel worn. Highlight: the resort garden is huge and so beautiful! Beautiful flowers, lots of coconut trees, we spend so much time just roaming around the gardens. The private beach gives you peace and quiet to truly enjoy without external tourists. For these reasons I would highly recommend this resort!"

"Beautiful hotel! Me and my partner stayed here for a few days after a few weeks of backpacking and it was the perfect relaxing break we both needed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, quiet and serene. The staff are so friendly and will do anything for you. The access to the beach is very private and much less polluted than other parts of the Phan Thiet coast. Access to the city is only a 10 minute grab ride away. The food at the restaurant is great, me and my partner ordered a mixed seafood grill which was so good, seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly. We can’t wait to stay at Poshanu again!"

"The room is ok ,clean and tidy ,but the location is another level,faraway from the places you can have food restaurant,it costs 15dollars for two way,you don’t have much choice for food downstairs and the mini convenient store ,the beach down there isn’t for swimming not even for walk ,too smelly too much garbage,if you’re going to stay the hotel for relaxing not intending going out it’s nice to stay btw I need to say the main swimming pool,the infinity pool required a pool ticket,the room is not included,need to pay extra VD 150000for a ticket per person for only single use ,I stayed there for 2nights and the guy who brought me to the room gave me a ticket for complementary,and told I need to pay my own ticket the next day if I wanna go again.does not make sense,there is no where you can go already,still you have to pay for the swimming pool"

"An amazing place to stay, suitable for families, groups of friends, or solo travellers who don't care about the typical downtown scene of Mui Ne, which can be quite loud and crowded. The hotel is located 30 minutes' drive away from town. The beach is right across the hotel, and you can get seafood at the restaurants by the beach. Alternative food options are available at diners located on the ground floors of various buildings. There are convenience stores for quick snacks and basic toiletries as well. Make sure to bring enough cash if you are a foreigner because most of the businesses there only take QR payment or cash. The nearest ATM is 15 minutes drive away, on the roadside. It can be a little troublesome if you have your own transportation as calling a cab via Grab or SM app will take awhile to get a driver, due to the location. Again, if you are just there to chill for a few days, you don't really need to leave that place. It was a last minute booking that was made on the same day, however, Huy contacted me moments after I booked the room and guided me on which bus company to book that'll bring me to the accomodation directly, and briefed me on the check in procedure. His help and support is much appreciated. I booked a queen bed and was given a twin bed upon check in. It was late (11pm) when I arrived due to traffic. Gratefully, Huy immediately helped resolve the issue by assigning me to another room in a different building. There were some issues with the door lock as well which he also immediately sent someone down to fix. Huy is always super responsive no matter the timing when I needed his help."

"The hotel's hygiene conditions do leave room for improvement, as there were quite a few mosquitoes and flies in the room. While it's understandable that the hotel is located in a suburban area where insects are inevitable, and the hotel does provide mosquito repellent spray and related equipment, it still had a significant impact on the stay experience. The hotel is in a rather remote location, quite far from the city center. However, it is conveniently close to attractions like the Red Sand Dunes and the fishing village. In terms of service, overall the staff's performance wasn't particularly outstanding. Some staff members didn't smile or greet me as I passed by. That said, the front desk staff were commendable—they were friendly and dedicated to solving problems. As for facilities, for a resort hotel, it can be considered well-equipped, with a variety of recreational amenities. However, some facilities are a bit outdated."
