I loved it. It's such a good environment, the staff makes the place even more worthwhile. I enjoyed how warm the staff is. I also left a few things in the room upon exit and the staff ensured I received it. Only thing I'd suggest is a probable emergency night number to dial for things like leaving the remote elsewhere and trying to come back in the middle of the night. Perfect place,

Showers without curtians are designed for showers with big overal surface areas. Consider installing shower curtains to avoid runway into other areas of the bathroom because the shower area is small not to have curtains. Overall, i enjoyed my stay and the cleanliness of LaLachere lodge.

This was a great find!! We were on the way to Kruger Park and after a 6 hours drive to arrive at this little oasis was amazing !! Will for sure use this accommodation again. Staff were very friendly and our hosts Isabella and Jan are amazing

I loved the rooms and how spacious and clean they were. I don’t know if it was the thatched roof or the dry air but a colleague of mine and I kept coughing the whole night (I find I have this problem with thatched roof accommodations) so I didn’t get much sleep but that’s just my allergies it’s not on the place at all.

Very good location close to Phalaborwa (10 minutes) entrance gate to Kruger Park. Beautiful guesthouse, very well run by the owners. Service top notch and the dinner provided by the host was delicious.

Overall, this is an excellent guest house. The shower just needs to be improved. There is no door, and water splashes all over when using it.

We stayed three nights at the Guesthouse and had a great time. Hosts Jan and Isabella plus staff were very kind and we were impressed by their hospitality. Rooms are perfect as well as pool and other facilities. We will surely return! Ron & Mariska
