This is one of the worst 5 stars hotel i ever stayed in.
1. Inconsistent house keeping. 4 nights out of 14 nights no floor towel and bath towel. Have to call house keeping for them although they delivered very quickly. Some of the towels have holes on it.
2. Pillow case and bedding have blood stain mark or some mouldy marks.
3. When i extended my stay, the hotel extend my room key card but not my car number plate. When i asked about the extra charges, the front desk said because i did not inform the hotel about my car number plate when i extend my room key card. I wonder shouldn't they ask me about my car number plate when extend my room key card? The lady just said sorry, no rebate! That is it.
4. During my check out time, i told the front desk again about my parking being over charged, the reception is kind enough to give me a number. When i sent them that Touch & Go receipt, he will rebate me the extra charge.
5. I asked for a multiple plug to be left in my room in the morning before i left the hotel. The lady at the front desk said, its a high in demand item, first come first serve. At night when i returned, i asked again, front desk pointed me to concierge, concierge said there is a International wall plug next to the desk. I told him, its not working, unable to push the plug in. He said, its impossible, 3 times.
However, there are two things i like about this hotel. The shower is strong and comfortable although the handheld shower is with no angle. The mattress and pillow is very good, not too soft or too hard. At least every night i have a good shower and good sleep.
