最讓人感動的是服務，前台和客房的工作人員都特別熱情，親和力很強。店長更是考慮得特別周到，我們帶了小孩，店長特意幫忙安排了更適合孩子的房間，還全程關照，把小朋友照顧得妥妥帖帖的。

"I had it saved in my favorites list, but the price was slightly higher when I checked in.
There was a car dealership downstairs, so it was a bit noisy. The room was just a standard hotel room. I wasn't satisfied with the shower; it only had a headlight, and the water pressure was very strong, making the hot water too hot and difficult to control.
However, the curtains were quite good at blocking out light. The only downside was the smell in the room (not a foul odor, but a rather unpleasant fragrance). The transportation wasn't very convenient either. A 100 RMB deposit was required upon check-in."

HHappytangguo陪我的先生來他的家鄉看望父母，入住宿心集之後給了我很大的驚喜，沒想到在這裏還隱匿着這麼一個清雅別緻的世外桃源，酒店設施精良，特別是他的床和床品非常舒適，讓我們有一覺到睡天亮的滿足感，洗浴用品也品質上乘，不輸五星級國際酒店。早餐精緻可口，夜班的小夥子和早班的小姑娘都很有服務精神，給予了我們很多的幫助！衹是我們來去匆匆，還沒好好體會宿心集就離開了，下次再來中江縣一定多住幾天宿心集！

GGuest UserThis hotel I picked for my trip was truly a great find, definitely a big thumbs up!
The front desk service was excellent, and check-in was super fast; I didn't have to wait at all. The lady there was especially kind and even told me where to find good food nearby and how to get there easily. She made me feel really welcome.
The room was also super clean. As soon as I walked in, I noticed a pleasant smell, no strange odors at all. The biggest surprise was the window – it was absolutely huge! The natural light streaming in during the day made the whole room bright and cheerful, instantly lifting my mood. Lying in bed and looking out at the view was just incredible!
And the price wasn't expensive either. To get a room like this at such a price point really felt like I hit the jackpot. The value for money is outstanding.
The next morning, I went for breakfast, and there was a good variety of options, including congee, steamed buns, and fruit. The food tasted good too, not just something thrown together. I even had two bowls of congee, haha.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with everything. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it to everyone!

ПпутешественницаОтель замечательный! Всё современное, чистое, удобное. Кровать шикарная, очень комфортная. Однако унитаз, кажется, протекал — возле него появилась лужа , причём это точно вода не из душа была. Завтрак, увы, не пришлось попробовать, потому что я рано уехала.
Очень неприятная ситуация произошла — отель указал неправильный адрес, из-за чего я потратила очень много своего драгоценного времени (и лишних денег на такси!!!) на его поиски. Потом я поняла из отзывов других гостей, что у них была такая же проблема, и администрация отеля исправила свою ошибку. Но ведь я бронировала отель ещё ДО того, как ошибка была исправлена, и распечатала себе памятку с адресом на китайском языке . Администрация, зная, что гость забронировал отдель ещё ДО исправления своей ошибки, мог бы предупредить гостя, но не сдалала этого. Также, когда я спросила в чате, как я могу добраться до отеля со станции на общественносм транспорте, мне холодно ответили одним словом ”такси”. Потом, видимо, другой сотрудник ответил нормально, но было уже поздно. За причиненные мне хлопоты с поиском нужного адреса я снимаю звезду.

UUsuário convidado大環境不錯，在山腳下，早晚涼快。但就是因為衹有暑假是旺季，才有人住，酒店的草坪以及房間前後院的草坪花園長久沒打理感覺雜亂。週末500多的價格，其實相比城市300～400多的酒店，小細節還是差了點。院子沒打造出特色，空有200多平面積，前後院子就佔了大半，但沒發法落坐，希望酒店加強管理和維護，才不枉費之前的費心投入
