This exquisitely preserved heritage property steeped in vintage charm stands as an exceptional accommodation in the heart of Peshawar. The rooms were impeccably maintained spotless radiant and exuding comfort while the overall ambiance was truly enchanting. The conduct of the staff was exemplary and worthy of special commendation. From the reception officers to the dining hall personnel as well as the housekeeping and laundry teams every individual demonstrated remarkable courtesy professionalism and warmth. The environment was serene and meticulously managed with security arrangements that were both reassuring and commendable. I would unreservedly award a perfect score 100 out of 100 for maintaining this distinguished property to such exalted standards. As a minor suggestion for further enhancement the inclusion of a small face lotion among the restroom amenities would be a thoughtful addition. "As frequent visitor, I had my last visit to peshawar from 30 Nov to 01 December 2025 and I stayed my favourite place , Peshawar Serena, where everyone hosted me at the best. Special thanks to Ijaz Qazi, supervisor, housekeeping, who did his best and my room was very well prepared. Although I haven't met him but one of his senior, Afnan is very well known to me since long. Precisely, starting from GM till bell boy, everyone is the example of professional excellence. "The worst hotel of my two weeks in Pakistan. Terrible value for money. Rooms with windows overlooking a wall. No welcome drink. The location is perfect, however. Breakfast ok."
