"Depois de uma curta estadia em Lubliana, na nossa viagem para Roma, escolhemos ficar uma noite para o trânsito em Perugia, e decidi que o Perugia Plaza Hotel é a nossa melhor opção.Parece que escolhemos inteligente. O hotel é grande, limpo e o pessoal é muito amável e fala inglês muito bem, apesar do fato de que a língua italiana pode ser fácil de entender.No entanto, tivemos um bom estadia, mesmo que fosse por noite. As quartos estão bastante bem equipados com tudo o que você Pode precisar.O pequeno-almoço é suficiente e Mais do que bom, com tudo o que você quer.As camas de tamanho real tornam a nossa estadia ainda Mais confortável.O estacionamento é um adiantamento, porque eles têm SEU próprio local para carros. "We stayed here for 2 nights whilst touring Tuscany. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, approached by a long driveway up to an impressive main building (the resort comprises of several buildings). The welcome was warm, with a tour of the relevant aspects of the property, and a lot of information that is hard to remember - at least it was for us (in our sixties). There is nothing written down … more on this later. The rooms are generously sized with a modern decor. We booked an executive room and were upgraded to a “junior suite”. The room had no seats, except for a singe armchair on an upper level, making it difficult to sit and talk together in the room. There is a massive amount of storage, and everything worked well (no problems with air con for us). We decided to have an aperitif in the bar before dining, but after 15 minutes they still had not brought the wine! I had to go and ask to be served! There was some issue with the wine we chose, but they should have told us right away. Later we asked for some printed information about the hotel and its facilities, and were told there is a QR code to scan in the room. After dinner we searched in vain for this QR code, went down to reception to ask for it, and were then given a print out in Italian! Later on they brought the menus and wine lists from the two restaurants to our room as well! It was all a little odd - why not just display the code on the screen in reception and let us scan it? Dinner was excellent. We dined in the more informal restaurant above the pool,and the food and service were ver good, especially the sommelier, who helped us choose an excellent wine to accompany the meal. This property is very beautiful, the pool area is excellent, the rooms are well equipped and the restaurant is excellent (we did not dine in the Michelin starred one). However, the service, and the approach to service did not quite match the setting. There was a general lack of presence - we had breakfast at 7am when the service starts, but had to find someone to come and serve us! This could/should be a 5 star visit, but even though the manager gave us a handwritten apology (and a jar of honey from their local apiary) as an apology for the poor service, I can still only give 4 stars."

"Ponto forte: a localização mesmo no início de uma zona pedonal muito conveniente. Os pontos fracos são o café da manhã (a escolha não amplia muito) e a falta de base de ducha (banheira) no quarto. A estrutura e o mobiliário são muito antigos. Preço justo."

"Staff very polite and helpful. He showed us and give us a map of the top city attractions and the walk itinerary to do. The hotel is quite charming, an old palace with frescoes ceiling. But you must like historic homes with their merits but also defects. Very good price for the location, in the city center, with parking (extra charge) , and only 15 minutes pleasant walk to reach the main fountain plaza."
