Tried to make a booking but ended up going elsewhere due to failure to respond. Email enquiry sent about making a booking in 2025. It took 2 days to get a response to my initial enquiry about availability, to which I promptly replied with my prefered dates. It took them A FULL WEEK to reply back to me with confirmation, by which time I had lost faith in their reliability and gone elsewhere. With so many establishments now offering online availability checking, plus instant booking and confirmation, such a slow response is quite unacceptable in this day and age.
