Ice not removed from sidewalk and parking area. Noisy clients. Mostly migrant worker clientele. TV difficult to use. Needed assistance from front desk. Unpleasant smell in rooms. Had to change rooms to find one acceptable. Very good and accommodating front desk.

The reception person was super friendly and answered all my questions. The air conditioner in 228 would occasionally rattle and wake me up. Other than that the stay was great.

The first room we got, smelled so bad… we gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought it was just stagnant air since it had been so hot and the AC hadn’t been on, finally at 5:00 a.m., we got another room. It smelled like a boys locker room… the heated pool was so cold I had to go outside in 100 degree temp., to warm up. The “hot tub” was probably the temp the pool should have been. We stayed in it for an hour.

The room were just okay good for a quick stay and spacious could use a sitting area in them like a couch or something but the hallway smelled a bit but the front desk was super nice & she was very informative. She did her job very well.
