The hotel had a big construction project going on in the lobby. The door to our room did not work well. Had to really force it to close. Two of the doors to the outside had broken door handles

Upon arrival, was unaware the hotel was under construction on certain floors. I was not given any options to cancel my hotel sue to construction going on.
The breakfast was in the same area where construction was occurring and only covered by a thin piece of plastic. This is unsanitary.
Rooms were not cleaned very well. My first inspection of the room had big food crumbs in the corners which tells me room was not vacuumed and had crumbs in the bed. Housekeeping was nice and changed sheets immediately.
Overall I give the hotel a 2-3. The staff was friendly.

There was construction going on, water issues. We didn’t stay. You get with the hotel and get my money refunded.

Entering into a hotel in construction wasn’t my idea of clean. But in the rooms that have been updated are nice but need better cleaning.

The room was wonderful. The staff was excellent. The reception area was under construction, but we were glad that the property was open the late evening we arrived. The staff appeared to truly be doing the best that they could.

I was definetly impressed every thing was newly updated. The front desk was very friendly and checked me in quickly and easily. And hands down the breakfast is the best ive had at any hotel I definitely recommend
