Perfect location if travelling to Penzance-across the road from bus and train station, also car park(payable) very close. Charming staff, good food and drink. Rooms need more storage but otherwise an excellent stay and great base for seeing the area

Perfect location for the hotel. Food was nice and the staff were lovely. Claire was amazing and so helpful for the morning team and Luke and Joe couldn’t do enough for me during evening dinner, nothing was too much for them. Looking forward to coming back soon!!

My husband and I regularly use premier inn and this was by far our best experience, staff were exceptional. Joe on the evening team went up and beyond for us during our stay and we couldn’t be more appreciative, we will definitely be back soon thank you all for such a lovely stay!

Stayed with my husband for a four night half term break. The hotel is sooo close to the station, you can step off the train and into the hotel. We had a premier plus room with a comfy bed, nespresso type coffee machine, armchair and a lovely big shower. Housekeeping were very helpful and asked us what we needed cleaning and refreshing. All the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. We treated ourselves to the meal deal which gets you a two course evening meal and unlimited breakfast for £26.99 each per person per night. We could have gone out each night but it was nice just to chill at the hotel and the food was delicious. For the evening meal, I recommend the Thai green curry and the lasagne but everything was tasty and I am obsessed with the banoffee cheesecake dessert! The breakfast buffet was well stocked with everything you would expect and the chef was happy to poach eggs for us to order. Pretty much kept us going til dinner time! Well done Premier Inn Penzance! We will be back!

One reason we often book Premier Inn us that you know what to expect. This hotel did not disappoint, rooms were spotless as were the communal areas. Very convenient for both rail and bus stations and an easy walk to shops and pubs. Stayed four nights and every member of staff we encountered was helpful and friendly. Thoroughly good value for money.

Always welcoming with no problems . Are 4th vist over last 2 years. Rooms very clean and well looked after. Breakfast is always good. Happy to look after luggage when we have arrived early. Close to train station and walking distance to the lovely shops and eateries.

Lovely room and breakfast and local to the buses and train station as well as the market. Had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the Montol festival were I danced and listened to sweet sounds of folk music, the staff were very friendly and helpful particular Clair!
