Good experience

環境：新開的酒店設施都很新，停車場🅿️免費 服務：前台服務態度挺好的 房間：同等價位酒店裡偏小，且不通風… 早餐：種類是真的很少，對亞洲住客的胃口不友好，全是簡單的西式，但服務員態度還算不錯。 建議住房可以，不需要單獨額外付費加早餐，性價比不高，口味單一。

오픈 한지 얼마 되지 않은 곳이라 그런지 청결하고 쾌적한 곳입니다. 블루마운틴 여행을 위해 숙박하기 좋은 곳 같아요. 추천합니다.

Outstanding hotel on so many levels. Very modern styled hotel, immaculately clean and well-appointed rooms, amazing staff that engage with their guests and great food served in the restaurant. My only gripe is the placement of the TV in the Junior suite, sat on a metal frame in the middle of the room and only viewable from the bed. Otherwise, our stay was faultless.

The staff were very kind and courteous. The room was clean and spacious, although very warm on a hot day when I arrived, but it cooled down very quickly after turning the air con on. The bathroom was very modern and well equipped with toiletries and good towels. There were lots of pillows to chose from. There was no outside noise at all in the room, so I got a good night’s sleep. The underground parking was good, but got pretty full on a Friday night. You can park in there without any entry swipe before checking in. The 11am check out was appreciated! There were plenty of options around to get food. The restaurant in the hotel looked nice, but I felt funny eating alone, so I just got take away from walking distance. Reception staff loaned me cutlery to eat it! I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Booked and stayed for only one and this hotel definitely feels luxurious. Check in was unfortunately very slow however I think this was just down to poor timing and staff advised that one of the three check-in computers were working. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms and easy access to Panthers across the road where you can find endless foods options and entertainment. Free parking underground is another bonus as well as 11am check out times. Would stay again.

The hotel was immaculate but it is the staff i would like to hive a 5 star review for. I expect travelling to not always go as planned and i am used to delays and other travel problems. This particular trip however was a travel nightmare and by the time I arrived at 11pm with a 2 year old I was exhausted ( not so much the 2 year old,):) The staff could not be more pleasant or helpful. After a very difficult day their help and kindness was exactly what we needed to change the course of our day. Thank you Kind regards Clare
