Terrible. Cabañas con filtración severa de agua, pisos mojados, gotera en la cama y ninguna solución por parte del hotel, solo toallas para secar.

A wonderful stay. The staff are amazing. Beautiful little cabins set on the hillside. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. The cabins are set a little too close for comfort. Ours was a little leaky in the rain storms but it didn’t bother us as it wasn’t over the bed. The restaurant is at the bottom of the hill close to the water. It’s a steep climb up and down even for fit people. They should’ve put the restaurant at the top near reception. The daily noise from passing boats is something we didn’t expect but not the fault of the hotel. All in all an enjoyable stay. I would recommend it.

A beautiful place to spend the whole week! As a remote worker I could enjoy the view and peace but also find many things to do during the week. There are couple places you can work from and good wifi coverage. The cabins have a unique design and view. Incredible bed and quiet place.

The experience is incredible - the amount of details in this place is amazing, the staff was always trying to make us happy! the beds are incredible and the views are unmatched. The breakfast is complementary and is off the charts, this place is really a must!

Beautiful location and view from our cabana. The rooftop jacuzzi and nightky firepit were perfect. Lovely fresh breakfast. Very friendly and heloful ataff. Friendly dogs (Mona and Migo) came to visit us each afternoon to bask in the sunshine with us on the balcony. As mentioned in other reviews, some people in other cabana's play musiv very late at night. We even heard someone letting fireworks off at 04:00 so it wasn't as tranquil as expected. However we did still have a lovely time and woulf definitely stay again.

Thiefs! Do NOT stay here! This hotel double charged us for our stay when my English speaking boyfriend who didn’t understand Spanish was checking us out l, and I had to run to the bathroom. They admitted to their mistake but have yet to reimburse us for the money charged, that was over 20 days ago. Every time I reach out to them, I get some made up excuse as to why it’s taking so long. They rob tourists and think they will let it go. They tried to tell us that the refund would take 20 days, but we are still waiting. Do your self a favor, and avoid them, these are crooks! And take advantage of tourists! Do not recommend.

The hotel is perfect for a fun getaway with friends, food and drinks are amazing, the marinas as they call their rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the top jacuzzis are something else and the feeling of the forest is amazing!

Amamos la estadía aquí, el personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte. Desde que entras se siente un buen ambiente. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. Podíamos ver la represa desde la habitación. En la estadía nos incluyó el desayuno gratuito y podíamos hacer uso del kayak sin costo. Recomiendo venir si deseas desconectarte de todo y solo estar con la naturaleza. Hay buen internet, pero no hay televisor por si deseas ver algo traigas computador. Mi pareja y yo quedamos con muchas ganas de volver.

Un lugar muy especial, cómodo, tranquilo y con una comida deliciosa. Felicitaciones al restaurante, en serio muy destacada la comida. Un súper servicio, nos sentimos muy especiales. Realmente lo recomiendo, tiene unos espacios muy bien pensados.
