Property is under construction which was not a problem. The room had a hole in the door where the peephole mechanism was missing. I stuffed toilet paper in there to remedy that. Gaps around the door and deadbolt mechanisms in the jamb were clumsy. The room itself was clean and comfortable. You are at the mercy of your fellow travelers, and as the parking lot is outside the single pane windows it can get loud. Let me emphasize the room was clean and the bed and pillows were the best I had on this trip.

The door to my room was half broken and very loud and difficult to use. Bedding is poor. My room was relatively clean and had been renovated but was left semi finished which gave me an institutional type of vibe. Front desk staff were very friendly but there was an issue with my reservation (booked a room through the app that wasn’t available when I checked in, happens all the time) and she called her manager who said he was on his way. 15 minutes later the lovely front desk agent figured it out without him ever showing up.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was recently updated and beautiful. Being downtown was great for walking to restaurants. When this hotel’s renovation is completed, it will be fantastic.

Used to stay at the old Marigold when I was passing through Pendleton or hitting the Round Up, and it was fun to see that building being preserved by the new company. Our clerk was rad, so helpful and hospitable, and he’s been around a while. Thank you bud! We recognized this is a work in progress at the time, and he walked us through some of the transitional quirks. Look forward to the lounge when it gets up and running and we’ll see you again at the rodeo!

The room was newly remodeled, and the newness could be both seen and smelled. I had no issues at all during my stay, and would recommend this motel as a cost effective option for anyone staying in Pendleton

The property is still a work in progress but it was fantastic nonetheless! The rooms are so beautifully remodeled, the staff were very friendly, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying there again in the near future! Highly recommend!
