Hotel Arcangelo

We’ve had a very relaxing time. The staff are helpful and friendly, the food was great and abundant. The atmosphere was calm and quiet. It was still early in the season and our son was the only small child there, so understandably the groups animation was not quite doable, but the staff has done everything they could to entertain him and keep him busy. Although the swimming pool is small, the sauna area is large enough to buffer people in and out. The room was clean and had access to a child play area outside. Il though the snowflake covers were cute, I prefer all-white linen. We’d like to thank the whole family for giving us a relaxing break in their hometown and sending us away with lovely gifts.

1. Definitely NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY hotel!!!!! the staff (Old white-haired and middle-agd black-haired ladies) are super rude to kids! I mean super rude and unfriendly! Only a cute dog and Francesca (nanny) made the stay bearable for kids. 2. Rooms are tiny. Family suite is big enough but extremally badly planned (unuseful furnitures take too much space). 3. We reported broken window upon arrival but nobody showed up to fix it during our 7-day stay. Fridge didn't work. 4. Very clean. 5. Food is average. We had fixed menu but we would rather have more pasta than cold platters and soups . It was all tastt but why dont they serve more pasta?! Everybody had tiramisu on our first super and they never served it again. Only ice Cream and other desserts that nobody wanted. Not customer friendly at all... 4. Eco friendly??? Hahaha a good joke!! All the bulbs in the hotel aren't LED... it's so so so hot in the hotel. We slept with wide open Windows and still woke up Wet from sweat. 5. You have to pay for a lost key card! What the hell is that!!??? The 90s'???? I must add that you are given only 1 card per room... So all in all... Yes, this is definitely 3* hotel (nothing more) with very unfriendly owners.

Bellissima struttura, calda e accogliente e collocata in una posizione strategica per le gite quotidiane (molte località raggiungibili in auto nel giro di 15 minuti circa). Camere spaziose, ben arredate e pulite. Bagno in camera abbastanza ampio. Colazione abbondante con una vasta scelta di prodotti. Cena (ho fatto la mezza pensione) con buffet iniziale ricco e ottime e abbondanti pietanze. Il senza glutine veramente ricco e di ottima qualità. Prezzi assolutamente accessibili per la zona ed i servizi offerti.

Siamo stati ospiti in questo hotel nelle festività di Pasqua. La stanza, fatta in legno, era molto carina. I bambini sono rimasti molto contenti del reparto dedicato a loro . Le colazione e le cene sono state tutte abbondanti e di ottima qualità e gusto. Anche la pulizia al top. Molto gradito il Miniclub dove i bambini hanno potuto fare amicizia con altri bambini. La spa era molto piccola ma tutto sommato giusta per concedersi qualche oretta di relax.

Ottima soluzione per famiglie con bambini, le stanze a tema in legno uniche e ben pulite, cena e colazione sopra le nostre aspettative.Mini club e SPA piccola ma accogliente i nostri bambini sono rimasti tanto contenti. Io lo consiglio senz’altro.

La valutazione è dovuta al personale, specialmente a Francesca,adetta alle prenotazioni, che con molta arroganza può telefonarti e avvisare prima ancora di finire il tuo soggiorno che devi pagare la penale ( non siamo riusciti x motivi di salute presentarsi il giorno di arrivò,ci siamo presentati il giorno dopo) …

Abbiamo soggiornato in settembre 2023 in questo hotel convenzionato con le experience Val di Sole. Struttura curata e pulita, camere graziose e buon cibo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato!

Ambiente pulito ed estremamente accogliente. Camere a tema, arredate con gusto e calore. Tutto il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Hotel senza barriere architettoniche. A colazione e cena, ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Credo uno dei letti più comodi dove io abbia mai dormito Ritorneremo sicuramente

Esperienza unica..... Personale molto cordiale e accogliente. Ambiente molto pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli.... Menù ottimo e abbondante!!!! Ottima la posizione. Che dire ci ritornerò il prossimo anno!!!!
