Palmyra Indah Bungalows

We had a fantastic relaxing stay in the family bungalow at Palmyra Indah last week. Nico, the owner, and Mr. Astam and his family, the management, really made us feel at home. We could use mountainbikes to visit the village, do groceries at the supermarket or morning market. Mr. Astam helped us out if we wanted to go to the market with our kids he took them all 3 on his motorbike. We bought fresh fish at the market which he then prepared that same evening on the BBQ. He showed us around to get some understanding of the Balinese village people and who were busy with the Ogoh Ogoh preparations. They offer canoes free of charge with well described routes to explore the environment and Gili Gede. This is a perfect spot to explore the ‘secret gili’s’ and enjoy authentic Lombok!

Soggiorno di due notti, non consecutive, due adulti e una bambina di otto anni. Struttura ubicata lungo la costa di Sekotong, a brevissima distanza da Gili Gede, una delle tante belle isole di questa zona. Provate sia il bungalow familiare che quello doppio con vista mare. Il primo è risultato più trascurato e meno recente del secondo, che invece è risultato molto accogliente, pulito e con un bagno di livello superiore. Le sistemazioni sono semplici, ma assolutamente dignitose, tutte inserite in un giardino curato praticamente sul mare. Molto carino il ristorante, gestito da ragazzi simpatici e disponibili. Il cibo è molto buono, e una nota di merito va alla cucina, tenuta in modo esemplare, ben attrezzata e molto pulita. Colazione con frutta e pancake, possibilità di escursioni nei dintorni, in particolare le isole difronte, mare dinanzi nella norma, niente di speciale. Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono ( bungalow a meno di 30€), ideale per esplorare i dintorni.
