A nossa experiência foi fantástica (casal c 1 filho), as comodidades eram boas, a comida do restaurante boa mas aquilo que tenho mesmo de salientar foi a simpatia do staff (todas as secções), desde a recepção, ao restaurante, bar, kids club, empregadas de andares,etc. Toda a gente se dirigiu a nós com um sorriso no rosto e sempre disponíveis para ajudar e agradar. De todos, devo salientar a encantadora Ricely que nos recebeu sempre com grande simpatia e muito preocupada em fazer-nos sentir bem. Alguns outros nomes que nos ficaram marcados pela positiva: Alex, Guilherme, Pepe, André, e um barman australiano cujo nome não nos recordamos mas de uma grande simpatia. Sem dúvida que guardamos boas memórias da passagem por este hotel.

Razoável Hotel! Apartamentos grandes ,áreas Grandes e bastantes piscinas! Agua da piscina muito fria...deviam estar mais quentes assim acredito que estariam mais cheias e não apenas a principal! Devia ter mais animação para crianças com 12anos! Apenas os mais pequenos têm animação! No 1 dia que cheguei faltou um pouco de informação.... No Bar da piscina tem um Sr que deve estar quase na reforma,muito antipático infelizmente.... Estavamos cheios de fome e perguntámos pela hora do Snack que disse ser ás 16h podia ter dito que era hora do bolo e cafe no mesmo bar...este Sr nota se que anda esgotado... Dêem folga por favor!! De resto tanho a agradecer ao Diogo , ao Alex pelo seu excelente empenho no trabalho e muito simpáticos,sempre com o sorriso nos lábios! No Restaurante principal a simpatia da Ju e da Diana! Realmente notável ver quem gosta do que faz!! O Restaurante tem muito por onde escolher,muito limpo,apenas um senão...pouca variedade de sobremesa e como iamos comer as 20h30 metade já era....! Na limpeza a destacar a Sr que faz a limpeza do apartamento 631...sempre amável e prestável! O unico ponto mau para mim,o apartamento ficar separedo do hotel principal, porque não podemos deixar as crianças andarem sozinhos....a estrada com carros deixa a desejar! De resto top!!

I came here with my partner and 2 kids ages 6 and 9, we booked all inclusive with a superior apartment All inclusive I'd really really good! Different options each day for breakfast lunch and dinner, between they times there is a snack bar, brunch and selected hours to get cakes. Cocktails included is amazing so much options. Kids club/mini disco staff are amazing, keep the kids well entertained, they had so much fun. Rooms - Our room was on the 3rd floor of the apartment side -no lift but that's no issue for us. Very clean, and modern Only issues with the room was the aircon was not good atall, the shower floded the apartment on each use. Overall we had a fab stay and look forward to come back xx

The staff is the best we habe ever experienced. The hotels in Peguera are quite similar, this one stand out with excellent, professional and sympathetic people who work there, which makes it special and definitely worth a stay. Food is fine, rooms clean and ok.

As a family you have to go only and exactly there when visiting Paguera. It is the only hotel with fully grown palm an pine wood shading the whole pool. Animation team is the best and even if u don't like all inclusive club holiday, u will still love it. Really clean and super friendly staff.

Our family went last year, two kids (7,10) , me and my husband. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well looked after. We stayed on half board basis and the food was amazing. You could get freshly made smoothies for breakfast, which we haven't seen at any other hotel. Dinners were so delicious, plenty of choice and excellent service. Swimming pools are very clean and wonderful, there is plenty to do for younger and older kids. There is a playground,mini club and a pirate ship swimming pool for smaller ones. Entertainment was interesting and staff very polite and helpful. Everyone speaking very good english. Rooms were a bit old in the section for HB guests, but there was a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, pans and pots so You could make something extra if hungry. Supermarkets are nearby, 10/15 minute walk. Sofa beds for kids were not so comfortable, but that would be only one bad thing.Customer service is good as well, they have answered quick when I've sent them an email. We look forward to going back to Valentin in future.

Excellent. Food, cleaness, ... Thanks to the staff, they are incredible. All inclusive is very good and if you like to do activities yo hace yoga, pilates and a really good service of children care. They enjoy it and parents too

Perfect stay. Very clean, good location 10 minute walk to town and beach. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious, good quality and lots of variety. Only came for 3 nights but wished it was longer. Very close to the airport but would recommend taxi as shuttle organised by travel operator was ridiculous and took forever. We upgraded to a pool view only €10 a night and was well worth it. We also hired one of the Balinese day beds which were €15 for the day, also well worth it. Not too busy while we were there as it was before uk kids break up.
