Elevator was not working which was a major hassle for my family. The staff put us on 3rd floor which was very unmindful of them considering we are a family. I requested the staff for help with taking our luggage upstairs and he ignored it. They didn’t do anything upon our requests to give us a lower floor when I complained that I have a back problem and cannot climb stairs with my kid. And later we saw them assigning a lower floor to another family. The gym was out of service which was disappointing.
The staff kept trying to enter our room on checkout day since 10:30am, way before checkout time.
The breakfast did not have omelet to order. Upon asking the kitchen, everyday they said it’ll be there tomorrow.
I already spoke about my experience with the staff and they are well aware of it. They advised me to file my complaint with ******* saying that ******* is a third party and it will contact the hotel and compensate for our experience at the hotel.
