"We all know traveling takes a toll on the mind, spirit and body. You just want to get to the hotel and out of the car to feel human again!!! That was me this Sunday afternoon and as I stumbled from the parking lot trying to manage multiple bags and the heat, I was suddenly greeted with the biggest welcome and smile from Sedona!!! Okay, I might have had on a ridiculous fake muscle shirt but her smile, laughter and positive attitude made my stop in this little town worth the horrible time spent in traffic. My room was already set to cool once I opened the door and that along with the sparkling personality of Sedona was worth the ride to my hotel. I will definitely return next time I am passing through this part of Georgia. Give that lady a bonus for making all of us weary travelers feel welcomed.♥️💯"

"Cheguei no hotel para verificar uma senhora diferente no escritório frontal era muito rude quando percebi que não tinha a minha identificação em mim ela teve muito rude a acusar-me ela até foi para o ponto de mentira ao dono, ela ligou à polícia para me dizer que eu Estava a causar cena no estacionamento muito bem no lobby que eu não era o dono verificou que, uma vez a polícia chegou, o dono entrou e me alugou a minha sala, ela tentou me pagar no Frente da mesa, ela tentou me pagar um depósito porque eu estava na área Como é bonito que ele seja cobrado para depositar porque EU sou de volta aqui finalmente vou para minha sala depois que a polícia me escrever uma citação para atravessar o meu quarto só para descobrir que EU reservei um rei para apenas um duplo, então enquanto estou esperando 25-30 minutos Para obter a chave do meu quarto, ela me insinua falar comigo como quando começou a contar-me sobre o pequeno-almoço... bem ver como você não está num veículo que provavelmente está com fome e precisa de comida é o que ela disse... eu esperava obter a chave do meu quarto. Então ELA começou a lançar canetas para mim. Eu não recomendaria este lugar a ninguém."

"During our three-night stay, we dealt with four different front desk people - only the one was friendly and acknowledged us. Our Friday night check-in, the fellow had a difficult time checking us in - not sure if it was a language problem or if he wasn't trained correctly. Saturday morning, the gal at the front desk didn't seem to care about her surroundings because she was too busy on the phone. In the afternoon, the gal was a bit friendly but that was after my husband complained about how unfriendly the other two had been. The weekend breakfast host was not friendly, nor caring about the quality of the eating area. My husband had to go back into the "kitchen" and ask her for a rag to wipe the tables, as she was too busy on her phone. The next morning, another guest had to go in and get a rag - again, she was doing nothing. The only positive was the housekeeping gal was friendly, despite her not understanding us, and our rooms were always clean."
