Eftalia Aqua Resort – All Inclusive

Good points: The hotel and the island are very big with lots of places to go. Different pools, kids areas and slides etc. We found the food quality to be really good and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. My daughter adored the mini disco and we liked having different entertainment options from the hotel and the island. Our room was kept really clean with constant supplies of drinks and the staff really work hard to ensure the whole resort stays clean and tidy. Bad points: Didn't feel inclusive as orange juice and cocktails weren't included. We felt constantly pestered to buy extras, even shirts from the entertainment team and bags to colour in in kids club. We were mis-sold an excursion as the rep told us things would be included that weren't. This was a bit disappointing! Overall we had a great holiday and the location allowed us to visit both Antalya and Alanya which particularly was beautiful.

I had a great time and there is a lot to do there is alot of activities throughout the day including darts,water polo and party’s in the night or the beach I stayed for 7 days but I would recommend 10 days as it’s lot more to do throughout the days kp

Hotel brilliant fab for children, lots to do entertainment Ata is best. We come back ageinbrilliant all helpful and friendly here at this hotel 😀 and hotel so good food and all pool so wonderful all English guest if you want to choice this hotel you like it

kids club was amazing the hotel was really nice the staff are amazing (especially Barbie) and the whole holiday was pretty much amazing. The animation team was also really nice. I really recommend coming here for your next holiday!❤️😁 🥰😇🙂

We have just had a lovely family holiday. We had 3 children with us all between 2 and 4 and the best part was the animation team and the kids bits. They all made the kids feel so welcome and they had lots of fun every night in the mini kids disco. 🪅🥳

Well where do I start. Room and clean and tidy cleaned every day fresh towels, the food was average pretty much the same every day just about edible some raw food in bugerland and cold food. The staff are massive pests when it comes to females. When you complain the hotel manager can not speak English at all. The entertainment is average bingo with tooth picks and two nights of karaoke. Bar staff not to bad but hakan chef from cocktail bar really good really friendly cocktail really good just shame about the price and not included in the al inclusive.

I would avoid this place!! Just returned from 10 nights at aqua we did not enjoy at all and would never go back. We arrived late at night got taken to are room and within 10 minutes there was drunken people and there children stomping and running up and down the hall ways and then running back couples arguing shouting slamming doors etc etc. We were on the 4th floor half way down the hall. Are first day we got in 1 of the 3 lifts available on our block the first lift we got in went all back and the screen went off we immediately got out my 18 month in pushchair and my 5 year old and my partner we then got in the second lift that dropped abit when we got into it almost made are feet leave the floor again we got out we then went in the 3rd lift and got to reception to report what had happened they said we will get a technician. By this time my partner would dare not let us go in the first 2 lifts we asked if we could be moved to a lower floor they wanted 300 euros to do this The food and drink terrible drinks watered down no spirits just basic basic free ice cream had nuts in kids don’t like even fresh orange on a morning u have to pay the dinning is like feeding time at zoo breakfast was the worst by far. The swimming pools where decent lack of anti slip nets down for kids there was not enough always slipping when around pools never any sun beds to lie on as was always towels on before light broke slides etc for kids was good my daughter very much enjoyed. The island is decent again lack of sun beds and there are constantly sales men for vitamins drinks and cocktails hassling you all the time for boat rides etc you tell them no 20+ times a day again not much anti slip but slides are good and pools good for kids. Outside the resort is a tourist trap locals at you 10 foot out the gate shuving perfume in your face you say no ThankYou and they follow you after 5 times of saying no! They move on to the next victim. The same story around the local shops and area you can not walk around without been hassled 24/7 and if you don’t look at there fake gear in the shops they almost get offended that you don’t go in and look and buy and if you do ask a price they ask what size you go back and fourth price they say size you say prize then when you do get a price it’s ridiculous you walk away and it’s just hassle you can’t walk around peacefully with your family you just can’t!! On our last day we checked out at 12 and decided to brave the restaurant at half past before are transfer at 6pm we was on the lower floor and went to the opposite lifts to the ones we had the experience in the first day we got In the lift the doors shut it went pitch black and the lift was stuck my 5 year old was screaming and my partner was having problems breathing and was in floods of tears we eventually got out after 10 mins or so and after pressing the emergency button 100+ times after getting out there was nobody there to help us nothing we went to reception and asked t

Try to con you from the moment you step into reception after transfer ( after passing the security guards and gate!!) hotel is dated, food is cheap and ok if you haven’t spent £1000s on your holiday! Entertainment if you can find it is ok and around the resort the only all inclusive drinks is local beer and wine NO SPIRTSthose you have to pay for! Probably the worse all inclusive holiday for the money I’ve ever had, haggle pester salesman no one genuine always a catch! It depends on what you look for regards value for money but to sum it up cheap Turkish butlins from the 90s sums it up! If you’re spending over 3k like I did for my family go to Tenerife!!!!!
