Ibis standard. Good location with walking distance 5 mins to Terminal 21. 50 meters away, there is 7-11. Room was clean, bed and pillow was comfortable. Nice little swimming pool. 1000 THB required as deposit upon check in. For 1-2 days stay, it is very recommended.

Travel to Thailand always looking for Red Planet Hotel to stay because it is value hotel and clean. Some of hotels has refrigerator some don’t depend on the location which is fine with me. Most locations closed by 7&11.

The serviced apartment is not big, with only 40 or 50 rooms. It is located in the center of Pattaya. It is only a 10-minute walk from Terminal 21 shopping and the beach. It is quiet in the middle of the noise. There are refrigerators and microwaves, and there are large balconies for ventilation. Disadvantages: The bathroom shower is too small, and the water flow of the instant water heater is small

The front desk receptionist very good services. But when go into room I found the TV remote control is missing and the TV power cable is unplugged, the bath room only have shower cup, shampoo and bath from dispenser only. I quickly look for housekeeping and the supervisor attended and solve the problems. If not reported when check out time will hotel ask me to pay? She give me free 4 package of drinks. Booked for the Thailand Test and Go entry. Compared to other choices in Pattaya available when I booked Nov. 2021 this was inexpensive. Airport pick up was a bit frazzled - no fault of the hotel. It's like a commodities trading floor with all the hotels in one corralled area trying to find their pick-ups. I don't recall how I found my way to the Sunshine Hip driver. Trip to hotel was on time and well done. Upon arrival tested right away and then off to bed. For an arrival at 3am I was concerned about when I would be tested and if my booking was for the night I arrived or the next night. I emailed the hotel many times and finally while in transit received an email that stated my arrival constituted an early check in. Turns out that arrival night was all I needed - test came back 5 hours later and I moved on to my condo. The hotel provided a meal upon arrival and a breakfast. Neither of them were good and fortunately came with fruit. The staff was very friendly and very responsive. My luggage was carried up to my room. Room was clean, seemed well maintained and spacious with a large comfortable bed. I also appreciate the abundant and convenient power outlets (next to and in the headboard of the bed). Everything was as advertised. The location is quite good - 3 min walk to convenience store and a shopping mall. As Pattaya comes back alive this would be a good choice for traveler wanting to be in the center of the greater Pattaya entertainment area.

We booked a quick yet comfortable overnight stay at J Inspired in Pattaya on 12/23 to 12/24 the day before Xmas. It was quite a memorable but short stay regardless it was a very comfortable one for us. We paid around 1000 baht without breakfast and its all worth it. The hotel is a walking distance away from Terminal 21 mall, one of my favourite malls in Thailand. Parking is also free so good choice for those with cars like us. Initially, we went in to the other J inspired hotel so make sure to park and check-in properly at the right one. They have 3 adjacent hotels and the other one is across the street. Check-in is a bit slow for us because we booked it last minute and it hasn't reflected properly on their system yet via Agoda. They have a huge lobby with lounge at the center and open air access to their 2 big pools right at the center courtyard. Restaurant is also located at the other end from the check-in. Parking is at the basement and lifts at the center of the lobby. We booked a Deluxe city view room with a double bed, balcony, living room, kitchenette and shower with bath tub. The room is very big which is quite similar to a service apartment. This room is perfect for a family of four and those who love to have some hot warm meals in the room because they provide microwave oven. I loved that they provide bath tub of their deluxe rooms because its my favourite especially when I get to chance booking Japanese hotels or 4/5 star hotels. It relaxes me using the hot tub especially before sleeping. I even had it tried 2x for an overnight stay. Toilet/Shower is quite big just like the room and they provide some ample toiletries which I like. The one thing that surprised me is the Kitchenette which is not usual for 4 star hotels. We didn't use it because of our short stay but hopefully next time when we come back. They have mini-bar with coffee/tea/drinks, mini-fridge, safety lock, office table, luggage compartment, wardrobe, huge mirror and lots of cabinets. WIFI is quite fast and they provide TV with cable/local channels. They have a couple of power outlets on near the office table/TV but on the bed just on the left side near the sofa. I love the wooden floor and light blue concept of the bedroom. View from the balcony is not that stunning but its ok. Overall, we loved the room for a quick overnight stay it made an impression on us. I took a quick morning swim before we checked out and the pool is pretty clean, lots of beach chairs and have a good view. I tried only the pool beside our hotel. Check out is pretty quick and smooth and we had a great time, felt refreshed and relaxed for a just a quick overnight stay at J Inspired hotel in Pattaya. This one goes for a revisit again especially if I need that hot relaxing tub again. Next time we would like to try their breakfast, room service and some other amenities which we failed to try due to time constraint. So there, if you plan a quick overnight stay, or try a hot tub and must have a kitch

Nice hotel, great location, good breakfast, spacious rooms and bathroom with friendly staff. All went smooth and well. The guest rooms have no outdoor balcony. The roof top has a relaxation patio and the small outdoor pool with nice deck, good Sun loungers and nice trees. The hotel had seemingly some minor renovations recently. AC and water pressure with hot water is good. The bed is big and shaking. Lighting and control is simple and not much power outlets to charge one’s gear. Problems: - windows not well closing shut and as such able you hear the street noise and loud vehicles - ac condenser at outside was very loud and rattling

Pretty good ASQ quarantine stay, October 2021. Clean, attentive staff, and the food was better than expected. We stayed in a family suite with additional room, total 109,000 Thai Baht for 14 days. Recommend them in this regard. Be aware though that they do have a no refund policy, so you may want to pre negotiate that if government quarantine policy changes, that you should be entitled to a refund for unused days, tests, food, etc. For example if you check into their hotel but the next day the Thai gov't says quarantine is no longer mandatory... you won't get stuck having to stay with J Hotel. In our case the Ministry of Health cut the quarantine time for vaccinated travelers from 14 to 10 days, but the hotel would not refund us for the 4 days we wouldn't be staying. Instead, they said we could stay for 4 more days if we wanted. LOL! Whatever. Alternatively perhaps find a different hotel with a more flexible refund policy.

My second stay here and again went beyond my expectations. Really enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast. Great staff and great hotel. - my only criticism is the lack of life in the rooftop area/pool. It feels very dead which is unfortunate as it’s a great space and pool.
