Just opened for service, not yet complete in every part, everything is new and very clean, good view, soft bed and pillows, very comfortable to sleep in. The swimming pool is on the 24th floor, not very big, but beautiful and has a good view. The bathroom has no doormat, no coffee, only a kettle.

Really enjoyed our stay at Grande Centre Point Space Pattaya. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated with cutting edge technology, which is always great. The property itself is massive with all the facilities you need. The main attraction - the waterpark has clearly been well thought out with attractions so that there's something for everyone - no matter the age. Most importantly, my 5yr old daughter thoroughly enjoyed our stay there - so that means we'll most definitely be back!

Paid ＞$1500 Australian dollars for 2 nights for 2 rooms. Second night I wanted to get 1 extra roll away bed/ club lounge access. Receptionist said I could pay on checkout for roll away bed/ club lounge access which was approx $110 aud. When I went to club lounge with my family the worker in lounge- Ledwa kept on saying I need to pay first very loudly and I was embarrassed and humiliated in front of other guests as I didn’t have my wallet with me. I told her receptionist told me I can pay in check out. They didn’t check with the receptionist or manager but kept on telling me I need to pay first before I use the lounge room. I went to reception paid and I didn’t go back to lounge again. I was embarrassed and my family was embarrassed in front of others. It’s a 5 star hotel but they treated us like we will eat and run away. It ruined our night..

Decent hotel with decently sized rooms. Cleanliness is good, very comfortable bed, room is quiet - good quality sleep. Very good water pressure. Good WiFi. I dont' like the ''Dont' do ...!'' signs everywhere. Especially the one about toilet paper. Throwing used toilet paper into an open bin next to toilet is something SO disgusting! And you want to charge me 3000,- THB if I dont do it? Do your job and install proper pipes in your sewage system, like in any other civilized country. Breakfast is good, fresh coffee. Staff actually cleaning tables and being helpful.

I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I can safely say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in thank goodness I only booked in for two nights. The hotel looks like it hasn't had a penny spent on it for over 20 years, the carpets were old and stained and the rooms were so dirty I couldn't believe it. I do not know what level of cleanliness Indians except but if your from Europe It Is no way near what we would expect. Perhaps we were given the worst two rooms in the Hotel because we had only booked for two nights I do not know. The bed was like sleeping on a load of bricks, the wardrobe was falling to pieces, the shower room was filthy and the fridge was rusting away, the wallpaper was hanging off in places and definitely had not seen a paint brush in years. To be fair the bar and restaurant staff were great, very friendly and helpful and the area round the bar was pleasant. I would never stay here again and can not in anyway recommend it to anyone. If you read my many other reviews I have left on other Hotels I have stayed in you will see I am fair, I just have to tell it like I see it and this is my honest opinion of this hotel.

Вынужден был сюда поселиться, друзья приехали сюда. Самый главный минус - это русские туристы. Поэтому наверное и персонал угрюмый. Лежаки у бассейна поломаны, сетка вырвана, лежать нужно либо полубоком, либо головой в центре лежака), иначе нормально раположиться только на трех перекладинах из металлопроката). Завтрак более чем, как сытный обед. Много овощей! Был даже картофель запеченый, за 3 месяца в Таиланде я оказалось соскучился по нему. Много мяса, но утром так жрать!) это не для всех. Из фруктов доставался мне только арбуз. Как выносили драгон фрукт, ананас или папайю за 9 дней я не видел, только видел полные тарелки у некоторых - тех кто успел схватить по 15 кусков - пол подноса сразу в одни руки. Шторы плотные, сантехника норм, комната огромная. У бассейна наши дети шумнее всех других. До сих пор картина перед глазами - с криками из водного пистолета один 7-9 летка растреливал азиатскую семью, новый год тут такой) кричал другим: ”мочи этих грязных прыщей, они всё равно не понимают”, минут 20 донимал, и совсем маленькую девочку расстреливал, и постарше подростков, выбирал именно по цвету кожи), нормальную интелигентную семью из 4 детей и папу, пока их папа на тайском не показал пальцем вверх и пригрозил. Приехав сюда русские относятся и смотрят на местных как не на равных, видят себя титульной нацией, не знаю почему, но мало кто даже пару слов на тайском выучил, ”здравствуйте” и ”спасибо” не знают. Одна бабка у бассейна громко хвасталась, что не подошла к обгоревшим и красным немцам на пляже, и не сказала им, что они уже красные и им хватит загорать, мол, так я отомстила им за великую отечественную)🤪. На пляже тоже разговоры о войне: и хорошо что мы не перестанем делать ракеты, и какие все вокруг не благодарные страны... Меня дико напрягло всё это. Если держаться от наших подальше, то нормально, но в этом отеле это получится с трудом. В общем, отель портят сами туристы. Солнце и тайские улыбки, но не тут... в этом отеле русские научили персонал не улыбаться. На следующий день был счастлив увидеть улыбающегося администратора, но) в другом отеле.

We had a nice stay here. The best part was defintely the private pool, which was clean and a decent size. The villa was spacious and had separate toilet, bathtub and shower areas, with pool access from the shower. There were some run down or dirty details, see pictures, but overall it was nice. Cleaning of the room has to be requested, which was not explained when checking in. On the first day we did not get cleaning, only clean towels and water bottles were left for us on the patio table. When we asked about it, they said that many guests had requested not to have claning on that day, so in order to get it we should have asked. This is quite an unusual policy and I feel that implementation of ”Do not disturb/Please make up room” signs could be useful. On the following days we requested cleaning and got it, but no more water bottles or towel animals :) The area has many services and Terminal 21 and the beach road are at walking distance. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. We would consider staying here again, if in need of accommodation in this area, thanks to the private pool and relaxing atmosphere.

I stayed at this hotel in May 2022 for 2 weeks. Initially, I stayed in a suite for 3 days, and then moved to a standard room. Both rooms were very nice and clean, you can clean every day, there is soap, shampoo and shower gel in the room, 2 bottles of water are given every day. Also, all rooms have a balcony, some rooms overlook the courtyard, and some towards the city. I lived on both sides, it's very quiet everywhere, but maybe now is not the most tourist season. There are not many guests living in the hotel itself, I think the occupancy rate is around 10-15 rooms. The pool is clean and large, there are always places for sun loungers. As of May 2022, there are no breakfasts in the hotel. But not far from the hotel there are many establishments within walking distance where breakfast is served. Wi-Fi is not good enough, it is possible to work remotely, but the speed depends on the number from 10 to 300 MB/s. The only thing I didn't like was the presence of ants in some rooms, but the staff immediately changed the room and apologized. In general, I recommend the hotel, but remember that it is 3 stars.

Good day. Rest in this hotel with your husband between 7 and 19 February 2020. , superior room. Long chose among 4*, the priority was the new hotel, location and breakfast. All expectations were met: the hotel new, the room is fresh, clean, clean and towel change every day without reminders. The air conditioner is powerful, directed to the balcony door, sleep is not interrupted. Breakfast is diverse, European, Thai and Indian cuisine, fruit (ananas, carrots, papaya), small dessert. On the 2nd floor there is a small pool, the water in it is clean, the chlorine does not smell, you can take towels for lying. Mainly there were only two of us, the Chinese were all friendly in the day and no one interrupted. The hotel is oriented to Chinese and Hindu people, staff friendly, smiley, English speak freely. Near the hotel all in the walking availability - sea, cafe, 7/11, Terminal 21 etc. Recommend M Pattaya 4* to all those who want not just to stay at the hotel, but also to feel like at home)

have been in this hotel in early December 2018, traveled to rest with 2 children(4 and 6 years) and the throat with their daughter. since before it was in Pattaya, chose a budget hotel on the Wongamata. The hotel liked, Nmoer large about 70 square meters of two beds, Move and sleep three, we got a big room without a balcony, but it was only possible to go out on it and with a view on the neighboring unclear fence. in the room one cabin, a table with a mirror, a chair, a tumb with a tv, a bed tumb, a shower cabin in the bathroom, towels and gel shampoo in the shower. well for their 3 stars it's all decent and clean. two pools and jacuzzi in which children were rolled. breakfast is modest but quite. cleaning every day, free water. territory large and closed. tennis court, parking, the children's playground(it is impossible to use a tuck or broken or scratched)to the beach 800 meters, every hour there is a shuttle bass to the beach. There are restaurants and cafes next to it: pelmeni club, Japanese, below there is a family March, exchange, ice cream and cafe ice cream, The infrastructure developed, up to the dolphins 15 minutes walk, up to triminal 21 about 7 minutes on Tuk-Tuk. in general, inexpensive and good hotel (price-quality ratio). By the way, there can be rented and apartments, next time we consider this option.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay in Thai Gardens. Staff wonderfully polite and helpful from start to finish of 10 day stay. Room was basic as resort little older than some but bed large and comfortable. Everything in good order. Pool is huge and easy to secure sunbed although July has higher rainfall so hotel quieter. Guests mainly Germans or Asians from range of countries. Breakfast was good with sufficient choice. Bar prices very reasonable. Location, as said, close to Terminal 21 which has huge range of shopping and eateries but bit more expensive. Resort is quiet day and night. Short walk to beach. Overall, a good standard of a accommodation that represented value for money.
