Great hotel with great location and great service. Very happy to be able to stay at this hotel, several times to Pattaya, this is a good hotel with okay price. nice room with old-fashioned wooden interior but okay and clean. bathroom has a bathtub so you can soak in warm water to relieve fatigue after walking quite far. location near the crowd, night market, terminal 21, Tiffany Show, and still many other locations that can be reached on foot. Breakfast is satisfied with many choices, the restaurant next to the pool with lots of plants and flowers make the mood calm while enjoying breakfast. good mood in the morning, making the whole day a pleasant day. in the corner of loby, There is a baggage scale that can be used by inserting a coin (10 baht if not wrong). It's good to try for you after shopping a lot there.

The hotel looks grand from the outside with a water feature at the front and carriage drive entrance. The reception area is spacious. Reception staff are helpful, efficient and serves with a smile. We were given a room on the 12th floor. The room is very spacious, clean and a private balcony with a lovely view of part of the city plus seaview too. This hotel is centrally located to all amenities such as shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is included with our deal. There is varieties but choices of fruits is limited to pineapple & watermelon only which is a shame as local fruits are in abundance here.

The hotel facilities and amenities are suitable for family travelling. Rooms are large, I did request for connecting rooms and hotel can arrange for us. During my stay, there’s smell of some paints on the guestroom floor. However, no bad smell in rooms. The pool is very fantasic, many play zone for kids incl big pool for adults and nice kids club. Breakfast is good, many variety of food we can select.

Front desk service was superb! Arrived at around 11.45am and was told that our room was not ready yet so instead, the kind front desk lady (didn't managed to catch her name) gave us a temporary card to access the pool, gym & entertainment area. Our room was ready approximately 45mins later. Overall, we were very satisfied with our room apart from the flies coming in from the balcony when we open the sliding door. The location of the hotel is also very centralised to many attractions and close enough to the beach. Terminal 21 Pattaya is also located right below the hotel.

we just had 12 nights at this hotel.....excellent staff.....great service....totally clean....good breakfast....nice rooftop pool and small bar....good bed and pillows.....nice shower.... the strange things....wash basins are in the room and not in the bathroom...lighting over the wash basin is poor.....no restaurant just good bar type food available....if you want a wine you must buy a bottle...nothing by the glass......overall a nice hotel ......

Decent hotel with decently sized rooms. Cleanliness is good, very comfortable bed, room is quiet - good quality sleep. Very good water pressure. Good WiFi. I dont' like the ''Dont' do ...!'' signs everywhere. Especially the one about toilet paper. Throwing used toilet paper into an open bin next to toilet is something SO disgusting! And you want to charge me 3000,- THB if I dont do it? Do your job and install proper pipes in your sewage system, like in any other civilized country. Breakfast is good, fresh coffee. Staff actually cleaning tables and being helpful.

It's next to Soi Hok, and you can get to Central Marina on foot. There's an open-air bar right in front, and it's in the perfect location for a 10-baht ride. An expensive night market for tourists is right next to it, and you can get to the beach in about 3 minutes on foot. This hotel's advantages are clearly evident. The room condition is good, and the rooftop swimming pool has its own charm. Although the amenities are not well-maintained, they are decent. The downside is that the surrounding area is quite noisy and the soundproofing is not good, so if you are sensitive to noise in the room, it will echo in the hallway. Please do not come here. suggestion

great hotel with good location, very clean and large room with a fridge, microwave, a set of dishes, coffee, water every day, I spent 19 days there from May 24 to June 12, on the 1st floor, room 515 with a view of the pool, very quiet surroundings with a great location , buses every 1 minute cost 20 baht, around thousands of restaurants and a bar with different prices, but for a beer from 70 baht to 110 baht, near soi 6, if you like attractions, it is a 2-minute walk away, the beach is about 200 meters from the hotel, The hotel is very clean and quiet, the hotel does not charge extra for a guest if it is one person, the person who wants to drive you away must show the house at the reception after leaving the reception calls the room and asks if everything is ok, very safe place, Breakfast provided from 6-10 am very tasty food, coffee at the reception, fast WIFI, water in the shower with high pressure and hot water immediately, I recommend the hotel to everyone,

First off, I'm a 40+ Norwegian. I've been going to Thailand for about 12 years now up to two-three times a year. So I know a little about hotels down there. Also been going MANY places in Europe, Asia, USA and Caribbean. So my review is based on that experience. I stayed for 20 nights (Dec 30-Jan 19 2023) at room 406 with pool view and I am really happy about it. Clean room, good size and great location. Specially when you focus on the baht buss on beach road and second road. The staff was really nice and friendly. The cleaning lady was awesome and always took good care of my room and things. The pool was really good. A bit cold, because the sun shines on it after around 11am but I enjoyed that every day. I booked it 3 months ahead and got a really good price. We paid 43000 baht for 2 rooms for 20 nights. They have two nice elevators and are guest friendly. I don't have anything negative to say about this place. Only one thing, the bed is hard. But so are most of the beds in Thailand for us westerns. Two-three days and I forgot about it. Nice big fridge with a freezer, so I could keep ice in it. Perfect. If you are looking for bang for buck on a budget, then check in at this place. 7-Eleven at top of Soi 5 and Food Mart at the bottom. And ATM's both places. I mean, what more could you want for this price. Soi 5 is a quiet one. Perfect when you need some good rest. Good Wi-Fi for streaming and good pressure in the shower. Aircon also worked perfect and made no noise. Nice little TV and the chair infront of the TV was very good to use when eating something or working on your tablet/computer. I'll give it a full score. 10/10. Because of everything it gave me. I will stay here the next time also.

I have been staying in this hotel for 4 or 5 time.. staff are friendly and pool view is amazing! Room is clean and spacious ... love it However just a sad incident .. my sun glasses was stolen at roof top pool while we are swimming .... cam also can't view who has taken .. should have cam installed on more area on pool side as the roof top bar is open to public ... walk in guest can walk pass the pool to the viewing section ...

Pros The location is so good Soi 5 is so close and accessible to almost everything. The rent is cheap Room service and cleaning was so good and the worker did some hard work each time. Daily water and some utilities were provided to your doorstep. Cons Main con is the lack of an elevator.. it’s really difficult to walk up the stairs especially if your room is in 4th or 5th floor. The building is old and the facilities are bit outdated. For instance the old boxed television, the old curtains, etc (but its a budget accommodation) The main thing i want to mention is the very poor aircon, no remote was provided and had no specific temperature setting (even though a controller kind of thing is there, i don’t think it’s working) Sometimes it will cool too much in the midnight so you have to wake up and turn it off, and i was literally coughing a lot when the aircon is on (Never happened before, i think the filter is not clean or something) anyway its a personal thing so leave it. The room is just alright and not very attractive and is old fashioned. Another main con is the bed which felt like a solid thing with a small cushion on the top (not very comfy) Among my two week stay, two days the motor was complaint and so there was no water available but it’s understandable. Overall I prefer to stay in a different accommodation, especially because of things like lift, aircon, bed, old room with poor ambience etc But i am not forgetting the fact that its a budget accommodation. But i prefer to pay slightly more to get a better accommodation as there are lots of accommodations available at reasonable prices in pattaya. Thanks
