I briefly stayed at this hotel after a nip and tuck and I have to say the beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is very clean. I was hesitant to stay here because it’s a 3 star but it should definitely be at least a 4 star for cleanliness and comfort. I would stay here again.

after a mix up on a booking at a sister hotel, was told here had a room, it was late so took it, the positives, perfect location, nice pool,,,,,, the negatives are to many to list, the room! fit for 'short timers'. it was awful the passage way leading to it was like walking through a slum, tatty furniture what there was, very old tv whit tapped up remote. the door see photo, when locked would stop nobody a shoulder would let you in, so NEVER leave anything inside as no cctv coverage outside. NO electric sockets, only the one for the fridge, a/c. was very old floor standing type air smelt, as i guess filters never changed and noisy because gaps in wooden windows and the door outside noise till 3am all this for 700 baht a night. 100 baht a night to much!

Employees look after only one person. not thorough The phone to contact the hotel is quite late. or not at all is a mobile number. But checking in if not many customers is convenient and fast The room is clean, the big screen TV looks good, the air conditioner is a bit small, it cools slowly. The water flows quite slowly. The bed, the pillow is comfortable, according to the price, not bad. Tae is not very good at all compared to the price. Fair.

Great value for money nice hotel close by walking street. First choice for multiple visits

This was my second stay at this hotel. On this occasion the room was overlooking the pool. I preferred the room I was allocated on my first visit, as it was in a newer portion of the hotel and in a more private area. However, anyone with children who enjoy swimming may like this location better as the rooftop pool is almost level to this room balcony. This was room 315, and during the day the noise from those enjoying the pool is intrusive, also there is no privacy on the balcony, and one must keep the curtains closed if privacy in the room is required. Saying that, on this particular visit we would not be spending much time in the room, so I did not ask to be moved, which I may have done on another occasion. The room itself is a good size, as are most in this hotel. The balcony is spacious. Unlike the room on my previous visit, this one needs a little attention. Repairs have been made in the bathroom and the finish is not good, with patches of plaster and grout over the tiles and repaired areas. It looks scruffy and dirty. The shower head needs a good descale, or better still, replacing or upgrading. Also loose wiring, which I belive once serviced a telephone in the bathroom, is still loosely dangling down the wall. This time I did not book breakfast, so will not comment on that. The front desk staff are fine. Registering was simple, and I was courteously attended to when phoning down to extend my stay by one night. There is no food offered here except breakfast, which is understandable given the location, as there are one hundred and one places to eat within a stones throw of the hotel entrance, and that is not an exaggeration. Overall a pleasant stay for a reasonable cost, but well under par as to my last visit, and my expectations, due to my preference of room location and the poor maintainece of the room itself. More attention to detail is required by management. Would I stay again? I doubt it, unless it was based purely on location and I needed to be in this area. I'm sorry to say this time the hotel fell short of my previous experience and I will be inclined to seek alternative accommodation in the future. (I live in Thailand and visit Pattaya frequently). To cap this review, the owners/management need to inspect, correct, replace, and renew many items before the hotel takes on that rundown, uncared for, and unkempt look and guests, like myself, look for better maintained accomadation.

This condo building is quite large. Since many condo owners here have their own private rental businesses, my criticism is limited to just one. This room's housekeeping is incredibly negligent. Bed bugs are present on the bed and sofa. We initially experience intense itching, and I later recognized that there was a beg bug problem. There is a blood-like stain on the pillow inside the thin pillow case. The housekeeping staff promised to fix the TV the following day, but after five days, they never show up. Additionally broken is the washing machine for laundry. Again, the housekeeping promised to take care of it the following day, but during my 5 days stay they never show up . Please don't reside here if you require a TM30 for a resident certificate. They can’t issue it like regular hotel.

Check-in December 2, 2019. Check-out December 9. Room is simple without extract. Costed for all time staying in 8000 rubles with a reservation over a year. Great comfortable double bed. Table, chairs, trum, wardrobe, bench, refrigerator and big plus in the presence of microwave.On the balcony we were waiting for a surprise, it was not a balcony but a mini terrace with its shelves and bench. The table was occasionally swinged from the room to the balcony for food. The location can be considered a plus, if not a sea fan, to it by walking 30 minutes walk across Nyklwa Street. At night quietly, around the private sector, only pussy, can disrupt your sleep, but that is if you have windows open. There are shops 7-11 and mini bigs around. There is also a shop all 20 like our records. In 10 minutes walk to the side of Sukhumvit there is a local barge working from the morning to 21-22 hours, where you can buy ready food and fruit at funny prices. Rooms with such balconies are not all, but only 204, 304, 211 and 311.

Everything is clean. All staff is helpful and friendly. I Love the swimming pool. Continental Breakfast that I chose was delicious. Walking distance away from the Bangkok Bus Terminal and Jomtien Beach. I will certainly stay at this hotel again.

We were in early December 2022. Hotel across the road from the beach on a quiet street. We took an improved room, the difference is small with standard. From airport to hotel about two hours. We arrived about an hour, settlement from two. We were told to wait. In 20 minutes, we were invited to the room. The hotel itself is visible that old but tidy. Settled in a room with sea view without extra payment. Cleaned every day, we really left 20 batts constantly. Breakfast from 7 to 10, I will not list, modest compared to Turkey, but for breakfast is enough. In the extreme case, you can eat toasts with tea. Here I loved toasts) Ordered lunch at the ... Never order several dishes in Thailand. The servings are such that it is enough for the elephant. We had to leave at ourselves until the next day to eat all this. At the same time, the prices are less than in the cafe next door. The hotel is very successful, close to 21 Terminal and to the Festival you can get or get on tuck-tuck. All friendly and benign.
