Best location, close to Central festival shopping mall just 10 sec walk and 2 mins walk to a beach. 7-Eleven just in front of a hotel.
It is a standard hotel with pool. Don't expect something fancy. Room is clean and basic. Service is standard. Pool is great not too big or too small with 1.2-2m depth so you can swim or just dip in a water easily.
Overall, with this price, it's reasonable.
Only disadvantages things for me is parking lot. There's just 6 lots outdoor where a car parking in the sun whole day.
Some time you have too park along the street.
There's indoor parking but not sure how many but I think less than 5 lots and it alway full every time I ask for availability.
But this is not a problem for foreign tourists who don't have a car.

The hotel located closed to the Pattaya beach and walking street. However, if you’re shopping guys this is the right hotel to stay cause shopping mall next door.

It’s located to central Pattaya city who want to peaceful side on the spot. I recommend for them! But there’s a lot of hotel policy so please know them all before booking.

The location is excellent for new or regular travellers to Pattaya. It is right next to Central Festival and 100m to the beach.
The breakfast buffet, 150b, has a good balance between Thai and western food. Good even that I ate there for 4/5 days I stayed.
Rooms are spacious, clean, with a good Aircon & hot shower. Except for the water flowing out of the shower room, everything else is in good working condition.
The staff are great. The front desk, bell boys, room cleaning staff, and restaurant staff that I had personally talked to are all very polite and helpful.
I had spent 70% of my time in Thailand and stayed in many hotels in Pattaya and Jomtien the last two years. This is one of the rare gems that I have ranked so highly. I can't even complain about the room rates as it is lower than nearby hotels that are not as good.

The services are okay but the amenities are old school….it’s a budget friendly hotel and just few minutes walk to the beach. Great location tho
Very close by to this beach, didn’t really take any pictures of the room cuz I was impressed.

1- I have booked double bed king room for one person , but i have shoked when the lady's frome reception said if you bring lady friend with you , you should pay 400 thai bat, which is not indicated in our booking ,
2- The check in time is 2 o'clock according to our booking ,but we checked in about 4 o'clock with out any apologize
3-The services are not accurate, one of forced to pay double time beer price

Had a pleasant experience with the stay there, though hotel was a little run down but generally still acceptable. Cleanliness was spot on, and housekeeping was done promptly whenever you requested and to a high standard. Situated just near the main lively area of Pattaya. Just beside the Central festival mall, plus down the alley is a police station so no worrying about crime etc. For this price, i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Pattaya.
