Good. The air conditioner cools a little slowly, but it's cool. The room is a good size. The bathroom is good with a divider.

It's a nice and clean hotel. The location is great. The only two things I don't like about this place are (1) there is no elevator, so heavy luggage guests might find it hard to carry luggage, and (2) there is no extended (late) checkout option. I would like to extend a few hours, but they say there is no such option and want me to pay for the whole day. Other hotels normally offer reasonable rates for late checkout.

Great MODERN hotel. Staff couldn't do enough for you.rooms is small.i asked for one a room with balcony far away from the bars near the hotel.
Bed and pillow very comfortable. Tv excellent selection ok English speaking channels. Shower very hot.very close to the soi Buakoa Bart buses .massage shops and 7-11.
I can't fault this hotel
My only minus is they don't have elevator.
Will definitely stay here again in the future.

It's a great value for money. The location is great, kind staff and the room was spotlessly clean. I'll recommend it for anyone on a tight budget and just "testing the waters in Pattaya"...
