The hotel stuff broke my luggage wheel and the did nothing about it except for putting tapes, they was a drain smell in me and my friend’s room “29th floor” and bugs where in the couch I had a horrible experience

Is really nice hotel. Our family all like it. Room is clean and toilet sit is amazing.... Kid swimming pool is nice as well

The hotel is full of tourists. It seem to be very popular with family type of like myself. The breakfast is excellent. We have a great time staying in this hotel. Room was clean and facilities is well furnished.I would sincerely recommend others to stay here

Lobby looks really nice, I was hoping that the rooms were the same but to bad they were a disappointment.. pretty old, ****ty sofa and if you go on the balcony there are 2 big fans pushing warm air in your face.
For kids I believe it’s wonderful with the swimming facilities.
They don’t serve any alcohol! The nearest 7-11 is a few kilometers so not ideally if you prefer a beer.

First of all, this is a family-run hotel, aimed at the elderly and families with young children. There is no alcohol from the word at all in the hotel. It cannot be bought at the hotel. The nearest 7-eleven is a kilometer away and on the opposite side of the highway. There is nothing interesting within walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are great, the breakfast is great, but very boring.

Main attraction of this hotel is the "Wave" pool, playground and swimming pool. The location is not so convenient, especially now the road in front of the hotel is under construction so traffic is very bad. Luckily, hotel also provide free shuttle to Terminal 21 and the beach which is great. Price was very affordable, even for long weekend but the room was very basic. Bathroom light was very dim. Complimentary snacks and instant noodles were provided. bed was excellent, super duper comfortable and very wide. Perfect for a family to sleep together on.
Breakfast was super busy, many dishes were finished and took a long time to refill. Some were not even refilled, just removed from the line once finished.
Elevators took a very long time as we stayed on the top floor of 33rd, and it took forever just to make one trip down to ground floor.
The Wave pool was lots of fun, service all around was good. Check in and check out was speedy which was wonderful.

First time staying at this tall hotel that has a water park for the guests. Was surprise to see a small kitchenette in the unit we chose and love the view we had on the 32nd floor. Great service by the staff and the breakfast was awesome. The small funfair the hotel had on Fri and Sat were a hit with the children. Definitely worth a stay!
