It's only 300 meters from the beach, and the pedestrian street, Tiffany, and Terminal 21 are all just one kilometer away. 100 meters behind is Pattaya's bar street, and 200 meters away is Pattaya Central Mall. On the 31st floor of the apartment, there is a breathtaking cliff style swimming pool with an endless sea view that is even more beautiful than Hilton, where you can take perfect photos. There is no need to worry about safety. The apartment has 24-hour security and requires a room card to enter the apartment and elevator. It was good location, easy check in. The common areas are a bit dirty. And the towels are cheap quality. Other than that it’s ok

Very nice location at the city center. Restaurant, Central Mall, shops, Pubs, and the sand beach just around the Apar**ent. The rooms size is good. Just the basin is design wrong water pipe, very hard to clean the hand.

1. The service is very good. You can check in earlier (depending on the availability of services).
2. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean.
3. Below hotel there is a minimart and a convenient restaurant.
4. Got a high floor room with a view of Pattaya.
5. The room can keep sound around 70-80%. Can't hear outside sounds. And the younger room is very private.
** If i go to Pattaya again maybe i will stay this hotel again **

Even remote the service was excellent. Roof swimming pool is amazing to relax as well the sky lounge

Location and cleanliness is fantastic. Great gym facilities with nice city and sea view. However does not come with room service and amenities like sauna and steam room unserviceable most of the time.

Went here thinking that it was a hotel, but it is actually a condominium. This means there are no front desk, staff, and room service. Must say that the person operating and communicating with me was very helpful. Had to add and chat with them through whatsapp. When you arrive you have to ask for a code to unlock the mailbox which contains the key to the room. Overall pleased with the room and facilities. They had tissues, towels, and a regrigerator, and the room was very clean. They also have parking spaces and guards who were also very helpful. :)
