rooms are too much expensive.. coffee cattle and tea stuff was not provided. room was not clean, basement room with dusting everywhere. blanket was very smelly and cut ✂everywhere on it.

Hotel lacks basic amenities and room were not properly sanitized bed sheet and blanket cover was not clean and washroom was smelling bad towel was not clean

The only positive point of this hotel is the convenient location. The room service as well as housekeeping services are pathetic and requires constant follow up. There is no back up power , food menu is limited & pretty much tasteless. Had booked breakfast in package but was waste of money since there is no restaurant & food options were extremely limited. The weather was hot and there is no AC or celing fan to provide comfort. All in all , best to avoid this hotel

Had booked this hotel basis high ratings but found room services as well as housekeeping services requiring lots of follow up. Food menu is very limited & there was no restaurant. Terribly understaffed for some reason. Location was the only plus point.

The hotel staff is very courteous. And the property is palatial with very nice garden. Will definitely stay there again in future.
