沒法和國內同級別的四星酒店比，價格也偏貴，尼泊爾物資短缺生活成本較高，該酒店的設施算是齊全，除了房間比較小些外，都還能接受，適合短期出差居住

帕坦附近，服務很好，有空調，周邊很方便，有大商場也有小超市，附近有個小書店也不錯，周邊有很多餐館。酒店頂層是露台酒吧，景色很美，可以步行到帕坦王宮。價格比周邊略高，但比較值得。

整體還可以，不是特別新

Stayed here for 5 days at this place! I had a fantastic stay. Airport pick up: was on time and the car sent for the pick up was so clean and spacious, more importantly they had WiFi in the car and I could make calls right away. The driver was very well behaved and respectful. Although a bit on the expensive side compared to local cabs, this was worth it. They had clean drinking water in the car, which is also an added point. Front desk: They welcomed with a small but a nice gesture of putting a silk stole around my neck. The staff at the front desk were extremely respectful and helpful. They also offered and helped in currency exchange without any hassle. All the front desk staff were very polite and professional and very helpful at all times. WiFi connection was very good and way to connect. They helped me book cabs every time I asked them without any whining. Room: the room was very spacious for one person. The cleanliness was top class. They had kept fruits, coffee powder, tea, kettle, drinking water and what not. I was impressed! Btw the room was sour proof. Although it was facing the traffic, you don’t get any disturbance. The shower was in a good size and toilet was spotlessly maintained. They had dental kit, soap bars, body wash, conditioners etc and so hair dryer. I definitely rate this very high for a 4 star hotel. I stayed in a 5 star hotel during my last visit but this was almost the same except for the size of the room. Of course they do have the personal locker with electronic locking system for valuables. House keeping: they cleaned and made my bed daily and the toilet and shower cleaned everyday. They made sure the room was kept clean daily. I did not miss a thing. Gym: relatively a good gym although the equipment options are less, enough for regular cardio and weights. Clean and neat. The towels and water was also available in addition to the shower and sauna , steam bath nearby which was decent. Restaurant: the one at the ground level is the only one I used during my stay. Everyday, Kritika would make sure I was taken care well and constantly checked in if I had everything I needed for the breakfast. Very polite, well dressed staff and more importantly clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my everyday bacons and eggs. The food is also very good at dinner time. Cannot comment on lunch menu as I never had my lunch there. Everyday, Soniya would come and suggest me a nice dish and made sure that I was served well at dinner. Overall, I had an excellent stay here. I would definitely comeback when I am in KTM next time. I would recommend this place for sure.

The staffs here especially Anup, Shisheer, Ramita, Anisha, Kritika are very welcoming and kind. While staying there I was sick and they prepared some healthy food for me. It was so moving and unforgettable experience. They had outstanding service.
