Mooie hotel met mooie kamers. Eten kan beter en smaakvoller. Zwembad is te ondiep en erg warm. Zandzakken aan het strand was geen mooi gezicht.

Hotel muito agradável, muito limpo, os quartos bastante grandes e confortáveis. Os funcionários muito prestáveis, na sala de refeições havia dois funcionários particularmente simpáticos, a "Shakila" e o "Bimsara". A comida deixa um pouco a desejar, principalmente para Europeus, bastante picante (sem informação escrita), pouca variedade frutas, quando o país tem óptimas e variadas. Fiz algumas sugestões ao Chef, espero que num futuro próximo as sigam, o Director do Hotel percebeu mas em momento algum nos abordou para saber como estava a ser a nossa estadia, pouco simpático. Utilizámos o SPA, experiência bastante agradável onde fomos atendidos pelos simpáticos "Yaithan" e "Sachintha". O "Kumar" também deixou os nossos quartos sempre impecáveis. A zona da piscina bastante agradável e da praia também com bastantes cadeiras, o mar calmo mas com bastantes corais (levem sapatilhas próprias). De qualquer forma não deixou de ser uma estadia agradável.

Excelentemente situado ainda que o mar frontal ao hotel seja mais por ter muita pedra e corais, o que complica para banhos. Bom buffet, serviço ágil e disponível, óptimas infraestruturas, sejam aquáticas ou outras. A baía onde se situa é linda e merece tempo para se disfrutar

We had a memorable stay in Amaya beach. Excellent location to have a beach resort. All the services were arranged customer friendly manner. We had a warm welcome on arrival. Room was clean and tidy facing the Indian Ocean. Well maintained garden. All meals were delicious. I hope you will add more variety to the main course and the dessert table in future. Our kids enjoyed lot. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially restaurant crew. I would like to especially thanks to Priyatharshini who helped us from the beginning.

The hotel was part of a series that we used during the tour of the island. A magnificent hotel. We rested here for two nights after our long journey from Colombo via Ella, Kandy and Dambulla. And of course we enjoyed the beach and took a dip in the Indian Ocean (Bay of Bengal). And of course we enjoyed the beach and took a dip in the Indian Ocean (Bay of Bengal). The hotel beach is good with palm shade. Peaceful and quiet place to relax. Unfortunately, the entrance to the water is covered with corals and stones. Shoes are required to enter the water. We found out that the beach to the left of the hotel is free of stones and corals, but we did not use it. There was no way. 😒A crowd of natives had occupied the water and remained so all day. There were so many people that there was nowhere to throw a coin. Everyone with their clothes on and it looked like a bathroom or a laundry room. I've never seen anything like it. But that can't change my opinion of the hotel, it's magnificent. We were on the 2nd floor and thus had a great view of the bay. The other two in our group were on the ground floor and could walk directly to the beach. The food was good.

An absolute gem nestled along the pristine shores of Pasikuda, Amaya Beach Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, every moment felt like a dream. The breathtaking ocean views from the luxurious rooms, coupled with the tranquil ambiance of the resort, provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The culinary delights offered at the on-site restaurants tantalized the taste buds, and the array of activities ensured there was never a dull moment. The staff's attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made this a standout experience. I cannot recommend Amaya Beach Hotel enough – it's a true paradise retreat deserving of every one of its five stars!
