Lime Resort Manila

We stayed here to celebrate my 20th bday and we wanted to try their newly opened Club Manila but unfortunately the weather is not good during that night. But we enjoyed the pool. Room is clean and complete with amenities with hair dryer.

Our stay at the hotel was really worth it! The staff was pleasant and hospitable. They never failed to greet everyone and even offer help when needed. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was all good and clean. It has its own controls (lights, curtains, temperature). Though the smart TV has no Netflix but we enjoyed our childhood fave cartoon shows. It also has Youtube so you can search for any videos or music playlists you want. There's just a delay on their service regarding our request of additional supplies for extra person that we added upon check in. Our stay was also provided with buffet breakfast. You can choose from diff dishes, appetizers, desserts, etc. Rating the foods 8/10. The view from the pool was so fascinating, watching the sunset. Really enjoyed swimming both at day and night. There was ongoing construction (sand pouring) across the bay which is also part of the view. We also had access to the gym. The ambience was so nice. Though, it has no instructor. Just use the equipment at your own risk. Overall, I'll rate them 9/10. Looking forward to our next stay at Lime! 💚

I'm just gonna summarize my experience: 1) The Seaview is gone, they are putting land there so the view is not appealing at all 2) A piece of the wall came out during our stay 3) requested and extra bed , took hours to get it and the 1st one broke cause it was already semi broken 4) The Toilet has no curtains so you're gonna see your roommate shower and poop, and the bathtub is quite worned out, all the watermarks and suds 5) The Toilet hot water is just warm, asked them to checked and they said its normal as it is 6) The breakfast buffet had less than 10 choices of food 7) The shower drain is clogged, asked them to fix it they just opened the floor trap so it flows better, so you will be showering while looking at a hole Overall if you're just here to stay and you don't mind the cleanliness and bad view etc, the location is very near to Mall of Asia so that's a plus but to me the Premier room is not worth it due to the view obstruction, its just not worth the money, get a cheaper room here instead if you really have to stay here

Second time visiting and it was great. It was the exact samd breakfast which was not exciting.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, good view and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting:)

Great location, near seascape village and Sofitel Hotel, many activities around, beautiful Manila bay sunset view, Friendly and helpful staffs, buffet of the hotel just regular as only P999 😅

The room 317 have flies and Pizza in the carpet. The location and amenities was good and nice for pictures but the room please improved more. And clean it 100% before to turn over to the nxt guess.

The ONLY compliment I have is that the staff is very friendly and polite. Find another option if you are a foreigner. This hotel is too busy and not worth the price you pay if you want to have a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. Firstly, we booked a room with the bay view and we were deceived by the old pictures that the hotel had on this platform. There is NO bay view, only sand and construction. Do not book any room with a bay view, you are wasting your money for a view that does not exist. The first room had a clogged shower that flooded with the first shower. We immediately asked for a room change and had to wait for an hour in the lobby for a new room to be issued. The first room did not have anything that we could watch only chinese shows. The second room surprisingly had youtube and more options available on the tv. The floors were dirty and the rooms are not very clean. The hotel is overcrowded during weekends and the elevators are very inefficient with very long waiting times. The pool is always crowded with people so do not let the pictures fool you. The breakfast is very limited and if you do not go early everything gets finished and you have very limited options during busy times. Weird smells on the first floor especially where there is a carpet and the tiles are always slippery and dirty and not cleaned very often. Checking in takes a very long time too. We also had a bad experience at the cafe on the penthouse floor. We went to have supper after 8 at night and waited a long time to be served only to be told that the food we wanted to order was not being served at that time. Very frustrating experience and bad service. The surrounding area is beautiful outside the hotel. But if you want a peaceful and quiet holiday then this is not the place you would want to stay.
