The food not that lavish enough for its price is ok but will definitely comeback here with the kids. Staffs are very friendly and warm. The room is great!

The address of the hotel was a little bit far from the airport ,but it is very accessible if you will travel around manila and mall of Asia. The hotel was very nice and clean, all functional automatic the curtain and the lighting. The room was very comfortable. The food was great and the buffet I will rate it 9 out of 10. The staff at the reception was very accommodating, some are not very friendly, maybe because they have too much guest and work. In general, my stay was great for around 5 days. Thank you for your service! Definitely will be back soon.

We just booked the hotel coz its obviously its very near to the hotel and its definitely true its just 5minutes only if no traffic if you dont have any luggages then you can just really walk going to the airport. Pool not that much big but its okay. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is okay too. Love the room design too and u can just see from your window the airport too and airplanes around. I love the AC its cold and super cozy bedsheet and comforter. There are some restaurants at the back of the hotel too.

It was a very nice experienced, the hotel is walking distance from NAIA Terminal 3 4th floor, passing Mary Grace restaurant, and you can also walk going back to NAIA 3 if you have a flight the next day. A place to stay if you have a connecting flight with long waiting time 😘 I Love It ❤️

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. We have to book another hotel since the first one we had is unresponsive and no attended from us. Thank you trip.com for assisting us. We made a booking for Holiday Inn. Location is accessible, safe and clean. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the amenities and free breakfast in the morning. Good thing they have a designated smoking area.

I stayed 1 night in this hotel with my familyl because it is near NAIA T1. The place is clean with swimming pool and restaurant. Our room is spacious,beds are comfortable but the sofa bed is already in bad shape..And they need to improve their service,

Reception ladies are very helpful. Allowed me to keep my luggage as well. Very responsive to questions even when call from room. Housekeeping service very efficient. Requested for flat iron and it arrives in few minutes. They do provide 3in 1 soap. Refillable water machine at all floors, but 1 night i think they did not realised it was empty and im quite lazy to call the helpdesk. However they do jot provide disposable toothbrush etc. Room was clean. Mine is without window. Abit hard to tell it was daytime or night. But since it was during carina typhoon rainfall season, so I do not bother to go out much. Quite small but it was near. The downside is only the sink is outside the toilet, so you may wet your floor abit when u wash face. Toilet ais clean, water pressure was good with hot shower. I got double bed, but it was actually super singke bed that was combined together, but couldnt complaint. Oh, and friday night you can hear people singing from downstairs. Not sure if it was karaoke or what. But the room was not soundproof, you can hear people walking or talking outside. For light sleepers maybe it was not convenient. Was a nice stay overall. Would consider coming back here for the location and services!

ive checkd in hundreds hotel everywhere in many countries. never wanted to write any reviews for a hotel. but this hotel was so bad in service that encouraged me to write one. ive paid everything during my check in, the breakfast for 5 person, the late check out charges and the airport transfer, with the staff promised to remind me by call if the car is ready. what happen was, during breakfast i was asked for the payment again. and the calling that i received was not informing me that the car is ready to airport, instead calling me that they gonna charge me some more php3000 if i ddnt check out now. arrived at the counter, staff denied me again about the airport transfer money was not paid. we ended up going by grab and did not received any apology. we lost the php2500 for airport transfer said that we late for the car and they cant be arranging anymore.

The best! We had a late check-in and was offered late checkout at 2pm. Beautiful pool, beautiful room, comfybed, pods for coffee and most memorable is the free stuffed toy. Definitely going back for my birthday 🙏🏻
