The hotel was located a little bit out of the city in a more private business area. It definitely was quiet and good for remote work and sleep time. Front desk was great at helping with checkin and parking instructions. Breakfast was also free and the bacon was served fresh and hot!

The room was nice and had a mini-kitchen. The property is newer and is well-maintained. Great location, walking distance to the BART station, convenience stores, and restaurants. Only two minor issues: 1. The don’t offer free water beyond the first 2 they give you at check-in. You have to buy or bring more. 2. Their point of sale is not set up to bypass PIN codes for overseas credit cards, so we had to switch the method of payment, which was inconvenient. Beyond that, the staff was friendly and we would stay there again.

Location is fabulous. Right by Old Bayshore hwy. 　Abt 1/2 hr to go into San Francisco; 10-15 min to go to SFO; or 15 min to go to San Mateo. Room and bedroom are spacious n clean. WiFi is steady. Breakfast is included n offers quite a big selection of items. The only complaint I hv is they do not offer daily housekeeping. Yet, it was never stated on the hotel confirmation nor did the receptionist informed us at checkin. Hence, when we realized we hv to request it the first day of our stay, the housekeeper was already gone for the rest of the day. That was not even 6pm yet. All in all, a satisfactory stay at Bay Landing Hotel. I would give a score of 7.5/10.

room was spacious and nicely furnished. mattress was OK. only one sink. breakfast was so-so. eggs were good. coffee was awful. personnel were pleasant and mostly helpful. No ice machines, but they will give you ice at no charge. I would probably stay here again, depending on the price of the room.

I attended the NVIDIA conference, and by sheer coincidence, all nearby hotels were fully booked—leaving me with no choice but to book this hotel, which is only a 50-minute drive away. Although I arrived very late, the front desk attendant, a reserved yet exceptionally friendly and professional young lady, made me feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by its remarkable cleanliness. For the price I paid, this hotel far surpassed the quality of the $500–$600 hotels I’ve experienced in San Francisco. Regardless of who the owner is or who handles the cleaning, I must commend you on your outstanding standards. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a hotel that conducts business, management, and service with such integrity. Although the hotel is not positioned as a high-end establishment, any initial hesitation I had completely vanished upon arrival. In fact, if I ever find myself in this area again, I will not hesitate to book a week-long stay. Compared to the overpriced hotels in San Francisco that often fail to deliver true value, your hotel is like an oasis in a desert. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a delightful bonus. It left me feeling refreshed and energized, allowing me to enjoy the beach scenery the next morning before returning to the conference. I truly appreciate the heartfelt service, especially from the front desk attendant—her kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Really bad experience. Trip.com is not solving any problems. I arrived the hotel at 21:00 On the booking. I’ve booked 2 rooms under 2 booking, the payment has been paid for 2 rooms, however when i get there, there’s only 1 booking available. I try to contact Trip.com on what’s happen. Trip.com said there’s some problem about the booking and there’s no other options apart from returning the money on that unavailable room. I wait for 1 hour and the answer is “today all the room are fully booked “ Trip.com can only do a refund for 1 room and it will take 7-15 working days for the money to return. Where would i stay for the night? What is your alternative option for your customers? Such a worst travel agency

At first it was difficult to check in when they asked for a credit card on file in addition of to the already existing booking but the staff eventually came around and was nice. I suggest they make that very clear for international travelers in the future because my booking was non-refundable and I had no American credit card after traveling for 4 days.

This hotel is great and worth it for the price. Perfect for nights out in SF with a safer environment as it’s only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown. The room was big and comfy. Breakfast was delicious and with a good selection. Would stay again 100%.

We recently stayed at the Travelodge by Wyndham San Francisco Airport North for a quick trip, and it served our needs perfectly for a budget-friendly airport hotel. Proximity & Location The location is great, especially if you need to be near the airport. It took us no time at all to get to the terminal. However, do keep in mind that because it is situated right next to the highway (US-101), there is some noticeable noise from the traffic. If you are a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing some earplugs or requesting a room further back from the road. Standout Amenities Free Airport Shuttle: This was definitely the best thing about the stay! The shuttle comes regularly (about every 45 minutes) and was very reliable, which saved us a lot of stress and money on rideshares. Dining: There is an IHOP right next door (literally steps away). It made it incredibly easy for us to grab a quick and filling brunch before heading out. Having a 24-hour food option so close is a huge plus. Summary If you're looking for a no-frills, convenient spot near SFO with reliable transport and easy food options, this is a solid choice. Just be prepared for a bit of ”city sounds” from the nearby freeway!
