O edifício caiu em desmontagem, até que um arquiteto o comprou e o restaurou.A casa é absolutamente bela e cheia de história e antiguidades. Eu compartilhei a sala de ”Torre encantadora” com minha irmã mais velha. As camas estavam longe demais para nos dar uma ampla privacidade.O proprietário, Sheila, vive no terreno e era um hospedeiro amável, oferecendo hospitalidade e conselhos valiosos sobre a área. Antes de mais, está em uma grande área perto de restaurantes e aeroportos.Eu dou a esta instituição a minha mais alta recomendação.

The employees were kind and helpful, hotel was nice and clean, and the area was safe ! Parking isn’t the best and they do charge around $20. We weren’t able to find a spot so we had to park on the street and they kindly took away our parking fee without any issues ! Would definitely come back !

Não acho que o hotel seja algo especial, eles não tinham água na sala que deveria esperar pelo preço que pago. Mas a Miss Lafaye era incrível, EU costumava ser um gestor de noite há 15 anos, para um Hilton Property, e ELA imediatamente VIU Como EU estava cansado do MEU voo e me deu UMA verificação e um cartão de relâmpago. Posso dizer que ELA está Muito bem treinada e profissional, e isso fez a minha estadia destacada.

The hotel was clean and in a great location for the reason I was in Birmingham. It was near to the event that I was attending. The sink in my room had a stopper that prevented the water from escaping when I did not want it to collect in the sink during activities such as brushing my teeth and washing my face. The water was also cold and took an excessively long time to heat up even a little bit. It was not even lukewarm. Therefore, I checked out and was unable to shower. My son actually took a cold shower on a cold day, one of the coldest that we have had in Alabama in a while. I was also awakened by an emergency message and alarm to vacate the building due to an emergency only to learn later that it was a test. I learned this when the fire truck arrived and I heard an employee apologizing for not calling them to let them know that it was only a test. I only stayed overnight so there was no other opportunity for me to get a better impression. The only reason that I did not give a lower rating for the facilities is because once I reported the issue with the shower and sink, they sent a handy man to the room to make the repairs, but my son was already taking a cold shower at the time since we were scheduled to get back home to meet previously scheduled obligations. The staff person who was checking me out said that she couldn't do anything for me because I booked through a third party. However, she did state that she would refund the money that I paid for parking.

Room was nice. Nothing special. Did not see any vending machines with pop and went to front desk where they had a small shelf with few items. Had bottled water but no pop also noticed they had other items to sell but was also out. We just needed a place to stay on our way further south and it worked fine for us. Was a little difficult to find the hotel but that could have been the map on the phones. Desk person was nice. Heard her speaking to a few people while we were checking in and seemed pleasant to them all

We wanted to stay in Irondale rather than Birmingham and although this property didn't have great or CURRENT reviews,the description said that it was renovated in 2024 and no other property had a better review. It was indeed updated in some areas and our room was very nicely appointed with new upholstery and modern furniture but it was not clean. There was a layer of dust (construction?) on EVERYTHING and long, dark hairs on the bathroom floor. The window glass was filthy. The freezer was so in need of defrosting that the door would not shut and we were unable to refreeze our flat ice packs. I would guess that no one has stayed in the room since the renovation and the room had not received a post-construction cleaning. The elevator was very dirty,noisy, and a bit scary to ride to the 4th floor. The regular clientele is obviously traveling construction workers. Staff was very friendly but unprofessional.

O cheiro do corredor estava no topo, o que quer que eles usam para mascar o cheiro era horrível, e quando voltei de jantar, havia um poço de água do rato e do outro lado do quarto. A gestão veio e limpou-a e cuidou de uma questão de idade. Foi tarde e não quis lidar com isso. Não vou voltar.
