Location: The resort is quite remote, so if you wanna relax it’s good otherwise you gonna need a car to get around. 2. Lighting in the room is quite dark. 3. "The hotel is very beautiful, decorated in a luxurious Moroccan style. There is a living room, a kitchen where you can cook. There are plates, bowls, spoons, ready to practice. Every room is next to the pool. Those who take photos and create content should not miss it. Come for the second time, next to the tourist attractions. "The hotel is beautiful, but it's built on a mountainside, so the buildings you need are spread out on a very steep road, so it's not easy to move around it. There are golf buggies that take you from place to place if you call them, but having to ask for a vehicle every time you want to go and eat or leave is quite annoying. The distances are walkable, but not if you have mobility issues. The pavements are also in far worse condition than the roads, so you end up walking on the roads and having to keep jumping out the way of the passing vehicles. Photos are attached of the view of the very steep road going up next to our balcony to show an example of the scale of the steepness. The location is remote. Apparently taxi apps like Grab and Bolt do not work here, although we did manage to quickly book a Bolt to take us here from Chiang Mai centre. A car and driver can be hired from the hotel for 2500 baht for 4 hours. I wouldn't recommend visiting if you don't have your own vehicle, as there is nothing nearby you can walk to. On check-in, the hotel said they offered room service, but there were no menus in the rooms. The room cleaning was slow if you are on a higher floor - on our 2 days, they didn't manage to visit all morning despite us leaving the ”please clean room” sign on the door. I found out later that you can ring reception to ask your room to be prioritised. The restaurant is expensive compared to central Chiang Mai, and they recommend that you reserve a table every night you want to eat there, but the food was good. Service was a bit chaotic. On the night we arrived, at 5:30 pm, reception told us they had reserved a table for us. But when we went to the restaurant, that did not seem to be the case, and we were taken to an unreserved table in a loud and echoey room. I then had to go up and ask to order as no-one came, and then the order was missing items when it did arrive. Randomly on the grounds near the lobby, there is a parrot in a tiny cage compared to its size with no entertainment, hardly any plants, and barely anywhere to perch. It's really sad to see."

"Highly recommended for Muslim travelers!!! We are a family of 5 with kids aged 18,13 and 10. This is our first time visiting this place. We came directly from the airport around 9pm, taxi fare was about 1500bht and the journey is about 1 hr. The moment we reached Mon View Ngarm, the weather was about 13 degrees!  We stayed at the Family Room (required a little hike from the check-in counter).  Check-in process is seamless and the staff guided us to our room.  The room is amazingly clean (no insects or even mosquitoes!) and the view in the morning is AMAZINGLY BREATHTAKING ! Halal Breakfast was simple for the 2 days we stayed. They had a little corner specifically for this and many other Muslim travellers were here too. Travelling around the area (if you have 5 pax) like me, I recommend you hire a private driver for the whole day (hotel can arrange for you) Mine cost about 1500bht. I’ll also recommend you to have Hotpot dinner at the breakfast restaurant in the hotel. It’s simple but it’s worth it to enjoy with the weather! Not all staff can speak English, so I have to use Google translate at times.  Overall, I couldn’t get enough of this place! Will definitely come back again to explore more. Don’t forget to bring proper clothing! Temperature will drop from late afternoon."

"Alojamento junto à estrada principal, fácil de deslocar, perto do 7-Eleven, fácil encontrar coisas para comer, alojamento bonito, limpo, funcionários muito acolhedores, quarto grande, limpo, bonito, cama macia, muito confortável para descansar, bom banheiro , forte fluxo de água, TV de tela grande, Netflix incluído Eu realmente gosto deste lugar, eu gosto mais deste lugar desde que fiquei em Chiang Mai. Comparado ao preço pago, não é nada caro."

"A must visit place when come to Chiang Mai. The resort is very new and the waterfall feature is so beautiful here in J valley. You get to swim in the pool build beside a waterfall. Many good restaurant offers the best Khao Soi and thai milk tea. The pizza and burger is also great. Pity didnt try mookata there. The staff there is super friendly."

"Eu realmente gostei do serviço no NJ Homestay.Embora o Pessoal não possa falar ou entender inglês muito bem, nós conseguimos usar o Google Translate. A casa de banho de nossa sala nos deu alguns problemas durante a nossa estadia o aquecedor de água não estava a trabalhar primeiro, e depois a casa de banho tinha problemas flutuantes, que continuaram durante as duas noites que lá estivemos. Aquilo foi dito, quero dar um grito especial ao pessoal, que sempre foi paciente e útil, nunca hesitando em ajudar-nos a desbloquear a casa de banho ou verificar o aquecedor quando houve um problema.A localização não é a mais conveniente desde que é O pequeno-almoço FOI incluído e era UMA Grande diferença. Quanto à limpeza, era aceitável considerando que o estadiamento está localizado EM UMA área montanhosa alguns bugs são esperados, e as rotinas começam a chorar tão cedo Como 3:30 a.m. E o pessoal amigável e o local (o povo de Chiang Mai é geralmente muito caloroso e bem-vindo) fizeram a estadia valiosa.Eu certamente visitaria novamente."
