GGuest UserThe hotel is new and the lobby is beautiful. The room was okay, but the linens felt a bit old despite being clean. The front desk service was excellent, and the snacks and cookies were absolutely delicious! Overall, the environment is great with no unpleasant odors, and the view of the amusement park is perfect for photos. Both the room service and front desk staff were very helpful. It took me a while to find the bathroom curtain button – it was by the sink! Both the elderly and children will love it here! 🥳

Check in process is fast, smooth and received a room upgrade (maybe as we stayed here before too). Much appreciate it!
Room is clean, comfortable, the upgraded room has business corner with all the needed stationeries and high quality harman kardon entertainment speaker too.
Hotel is directly connected to the Sunway Pyramid, conveniently located in the center of Subang Jaya easy for food, shopping.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel.
I was allocated an interconnecting room, which I was not aware of at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, noise from the adjoining room continued until around 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for me to fall asleep. The noise then started again at approximately 6:00 a.m., further affecting my rest. I would appreciate it if you could kindly advise why an interconnecting room was assigned, especially when the neighboring room was occupied by guests unknown to me.
In addition, I would like to highlight some concerns regarding room hygiene. I noticed hair in several areas of the room, and there were also blood stains on the pillowcase, which was quite concerning.
I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe it will help improve the comfort and experience of future guests. I look forward to your kind attention to these matters.

CCloe88Booked Premier Room for 3 adults including breakfast. Room is spacious with 1 king bed and sofa. So have to request for extra pillows, blanket and towel. Staffs are friendly and helpful with questions. Free parking at L3 with TnG - ask them where and how to park. Breakfast at Lafayette is ok only as the spread is limited.

UUsuário convidadoA worthy 5 Stars Hotel and it is actually more to resort. The distance from the lobby to my room (Block 3) is quite far but no issue to drag my bags since I'm using thier bellhop service.
Swimming pool is there, nothing much to comment just a standard swimming pool, not a toddler friendly.
No arcade, no kids playing room and no fancy slide at the swimming pool for kids. It is good for business traveller but not for families.
Service desk is tiptop.!

NNiedanidyaIt is quite confusing to find the location when I pin ”Mossaz suite”. You need to find Empire City then it is easier to find the stay.
The lift waiting is long and required a lot of patience 😐.
The check-in and check-out is smooth and fast.
When I arrived, there was a trash in front of the door and only have 1 towel. But then, I informed the receptionist, the action is fast to clean up and provide us the towel.
The pool is big and good. Have a nice view also.
Overall is good but appreciate if the lift issue can be improve 🫡

The hotel room is clean and in good condition, though the TV wasn’t functioning during my stay. The only major downside is the lift service — it’s confusing and makes it quite easy to get lost. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
