My expectation is to have a bathroom inside and a private Onsen in the afternoon and morning. But hotel policy provides only private Onsen in the afternoon. The hotel food is perfect and has a nice taste. A staff can speak English very well and is helpful.

I stayed at the first night of my Kagoshima trip and used it for day trip hot springs and dinner on the last day. Room is a bit old and kettle is not clean but the in room onsen room that i booked is awesome. Enjoyed the onsen in room is relaxing. Dinner is beautifully presented and tasty. Very value for money, will come back again.
