We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! It truly exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect setting for our family getaway. From the moment we arrived, the caretaker's service was truly exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made a huge difference. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure the comfort and hygiene of the guests. As a whole-house rental with three spacious bedrooms, it was perfectly suited for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. One of the major conveniences was the fully equipped kitchen. It had every single cooking utensil and appliance we could possibly need, which made preparing meals for the family easy and enjoyable.

O quarto é espaçoso, com bastante luz e vista para as montanhas das janelas. As instalações são completas e a limpeza é de primeira classe. A lavadora e secadora de última geração é especialmente impressionante. Ela resolve o grande problema de lavar roupas no verão e torna a viagem mais confortável. A máquina lava e seca as roupas perfeitamente, deixando-as planas e sem necessidade de passar. Estou muito satisfeito.

From check-in to check-out, she was consistently helpful and professional. This is a cute place,although I came here in November it going to snow season but we’re too early to come with out update anything, so then i missed many activities on Hakuba and this place feel like japan traditional style and vibe soft and warm

O Chefe está Muito ansioso para oferecer gratuitamente para Voltar Ao Campo de neve e estação de ônibus (excepto EM áreas remotas). Além disso, Como no meio Da noite, você Pode alugar um quarto independente para um Grande ou amante USAR um chá quente juntos. O único Lugar EM que a beleza e a beleza não são suficientes é o pequeno-almoço é Muito simples, o banheiro é público, e o quarto é Mais fino e desagradável.

Wonderful Stay at Garden Pension Obogurgl We had an excellent experience at Garden Pension Obogurgl. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Hakuba Goryu lifts, which made getting on the mountain super easy every day. The pension itself is cozy, clean, and peaceful, with a lovely garden that adds to the charm. Our room was warm and comfortable, with plenty of space for ski gear, and the communal areas had a relaxed, homely vibe. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with local tips and transport advice. We especially enjoyed being able to walk everywhere—whether it was to the nearby convenience stores, local restaurants, or just strolling among the beautiful pine trees. The large cherry blossom tree out the front added a special touch to the peaceful surroundings. If you're after a quiet, scenic, and welcoming place to stay in Hakuba Goryu, Garden Pension Obogurgl is a fantastic choice.

Meteor Garden is located conveniently 5-7min drive from main Hakuba Village. One thing to note is that the main cafe in the stay is not open so need to find other dining alternatives. Rooms and amenities are clean and well maintained, the one issue is that it’s not well marked on Google map as it keeps pointing to the restaurant which was not opened and gave us a false alarm. Wifi is not the fastest and does not handle multiple devices that well especially when you are trying to work. There was some confusion when booked via Trip as the contact information was somehow truncated so hotel was unable to contact me without going through Trip thus messages were delayed. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and everyone had a great time…

What an awesome experience! The hotel offered exemplary service before we even arrived. Due to special travel arrangements, we arrived late and the staff quick to arrange an in-room bento dinner for us before our arrival. When we got there, we were immediately blown away by the gorgeousness of the hotel. Despite its age, everything was very clean and polished. I can see that great care had been taken to upkeep the hotel and it’s premises, which are extraordinarily beautiful. We couldn’t resist taking pictures even after check-out, and it took us an hour to finally reluctantly leave. Words cannot actually do the place justice, you must visit there yourself. We were very impressed with how delicious the food was, and the attention to detail, including the placement of the food, the coordination of food color. My mouth is still watering as I recall how delicious it was. I had 10 helpings of their prime rib one day. Besides, I had a dietary restriction and the staff were really careful with that, to the extent of reminding me what dishes not to eat everyday at their breakfast and dinner buffet. In addition to excellent food and service, the hotel went out of its way to be very eco-friendly. For every day that we did not need our room to be tidied, we earned points, which can be traded in for ice cream or other goodies. Finally, the staff spoke perfect English. This is rare indeed, and it made everything so much easier and so much more enjoyable. Thanks for the experience!
